If you speak English, this is NOT a tour for you!!! Also, so many things we were told to expect didn’t happen! We were told it was a multi cultural experience and things would be conducted in several languages. That would have been great. We love all cultures, that’s why we travel so much! What actually happened is that the “guide” would speak in Portuguese or Spanish (depending on which bus they put us on that day) and NOT repeat things in English. At one stop, Nikki, spoke Portuguese for about 40 minutes. We had to sit quietly so the Portuguese guests could hear. Then the English speaking guide got on the loud speaker and said “Thank you Nikki for the detailed history lesson, we all learned so much, we are here”. Where??? For how long??? Did he honestly not realized we couldn’t understand a word she just said?? No information was provided!! Another time, the guide Nacho, took us into old town for a guided tour that was promised in our program. He spoke in Spanish, since we were with the Spanish group that day, he did the entire thing in Spanish and then said, OK now English. The Spanish speakers all started asking questions and he never NEVER said a word in English. Not a word. Another time, the Spanish guide spoke for about 20 min and then handed the microphone to the English speaking guide. He was watching soccer (football) on his phone and waved it off. Not a single word! This isn’t the type of tour where you meet everyone and stay with the same group and guide the entire time. You are moved from bus to bus and group to group, depending on their room and what you booked. We had to move in the middle of the day, during “free time”, or at night. Every time we encountered English speakers (from Thailand, Australia, Japan) they were also completely frustrated with the lack of communication in English. Customers that spoke English also, would try to help keep us informed. It was absolutely horrible!! Our program also said there would be a dinner one of the nights, that never happened. If they say there is a city tour, you will get a ride into town, but NO RIDE BACK! Every single time we were dropped off (as it said in the program) and were told a Uber is a cheap option to get back to the hotel. If it says “tour of ____” don’t count on it. Their guide will tell you they are a tour leader and not a guide and that it is illegal for them to provide information on that area. When you do get a local guide, they don’t not provide “whispers” so you can’t hear even when it is in English. One of the main reasons I booked this tour was for the Auschwitz tour. It says the grounds AND museum in the program. It also says guided. We were dropped off at 5:30. As we were walking up the gravel road to get in, we were told there is no guide, because that is illegal for him to even go in, and our “leader” said we could take a picture of the map of the area he pulled up on his phone. We were given 45 minutes to walk the grounds and not museum. Completely caught off guard and ran around trying to figure out what to go see. After you book and pay for your trip, you will get the fine print. It says most museums and things are close on Sundays and Mondays, so this could effect your trip. We were supposed to go to the WWII museum in our program, but it was a Monday and closed. Shouldn’t they know that before you selected your days and purchase your trip. We also heard from several frustrated guests and then noticed ourselves that the itinerary in the app would change and didn’t match the original program we purchased. People were telling each other to screen shot things before they changed. We knew there would be a lot of bus time. Normally, tours assign seats so it’s fair. Not this company. They tell their Spanish/ Portuguese/ etc, clients to board and the English speakers follow along. People were literally rude about moving when the tour company added new clients at stops. The tour guide had to force a lady and a man to move so new people could sit together. So uncomfortable to watch. I couldn’t sit with my husband for part of a day because I didn’t get on the bus 1st to save us a seat together. The guides sit in the front two seats and call it “their office”. Not the little guide seat by the driver. The two main seats with the best view that other companies rotate between customers. Also, the bathrooms are locked with signs that say “broken”. Lastly, since there are 2 or more guides, they really enjoy hanging out together. We had to wait on the bus after one stop because the two guides had disappeared and the local guide had to find them. We didn’t have to wait for them at every stop, but they immediately went off together at every stop. They could disappear before everyone was even off the bus. They also never shared contact info or started a group info thread in What’s App. Even all the day and 1/2 day tours you book do that! At one stop we lost an older lady. Luckily one of the customers had her contact info. My husband and I have been to 40 countries and SO MANY TOURS. Nothing is perfect. There are usually a few tiny hiccups, but we are great at going with the flow and appreciating what there is. On this one, we appreciated ALL the locations we stopped at. We LOVED all the cities we visited. The agenda was great! There were also a few (2) GREAT hotel locations in Old Towns! All the hotels were clean and modern (a few were very far from things, which is expected). All the hotels had great breakfasts! Other than that, this was the absolute WORST tour. I would NEVER book with this company again! I feel like I used Google to learn about where I was, and what I was looking at and relied on English speaking travelers to tell us when to be where. It didn’t feel much like a vacation when you are stressed that you won’t sit together on a bus, that you can’t talk since you need to be quiet so others can hear the information you will not be getting, you are worried you don’t know how, when, where so you don’t miss a bus and you are trying to google what you are looking at. I feel robbed and cheated. Definitely didn’t get the experience I thought I was paying for.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
