La Paz

La Paz - Lake Titicaca - Copacabana - Isla del Sol
Head out early toward Copacabana on Lake Titicaca's shore, passing through Andean landscapes along the way. You'll walk through the colonial church and local markets selling traditional crafts. After lunch at a local spot, board a boat to see Inca ruins at Pilkokaina and the sacred Inca Fountains in Yumani on Isla del Sol's south side. The boat ride back takes you through more lake scenery before returning to La Paz for the night.

La Paz - Uyuni
Take an early flight to Uyuni and start exploring the salt flats. Visit the Train Cemetery with its collection of old rusting locomotives from Bolivia's industrial days. Stop in Colchani village to watch traditional salt harvesting. Then cross the white expanse of Salar de Uyuni to Incahuasi Island, where giant cacti cover the landscape and give panoramic views. You'll finish watching the sunset from the salt flats.

Uyuni - Lagoons Route
Begin the Lagoon Route exploring some of the most surreal desert landscapes. You'll visit Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde at the base of Licancabur volcano, walk through the Salvador Dalí Desert terrain, and relax in the thermal waters at Polques. The route ends at Laguna Colorada with its red waters and flamingo populations. It's a long but visually intense day.

Uyuni - Tatio Geysers - San Pedro de Atacama
Wake up around 4:30 AM and head to the Tatio Geysers, one of the world's highest geothermal fields at 4,300 meters. You'll arrive by sunrise to see steaming fumaroles and bubbling pools when they're most active. Then descend into Chile and drive to San Pedro de Atacama, arriving in the afternoon. It's an early start but worth catching the geysers at their peak.

Puerto Natales - Balmaceda & Serrano Glacier
Set sail from Puerto Bories dock toward Bernardo O'Higgins National Park through the Senoret Channel. You'll have coffee and snacks while viewing Mount Balmaceda and its glaciers, then visit Frigorífico Bories, a former slaughterhouse from 1913 now turned into a museum. See Condor Cliffs and a waterfall, then trek through native Coigue forest along Témpanos Lagoon with Serrano Glacier views. The boat ride past Balmaceda Glacier includes an aperitif made with glacier ice, and the day ends with a traditional Magellanic roasted lamb feast at an estancia.

Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine National Park
Travel from Puerto Natales toward Torres del Paine National Park. Stop at Milodón Cave, an important archaeological site, then head to Laguna Amarga entrance for views of the iconic Torres del Paine peaks. You'll see Cuernos del Paine and Salto Grande waterfall, then walk through Coigue Forest at Grey Lake. Puerto Natales - El Calafate

- Day 14
El Calafate - Perito Moreno Glacier
Depart from Bajo de las Sombras bay port and board a boat to cross Brazo Rico, seeing the glacier's southern face. At the southwest shore, take a 20 minute walk to the ice's edge, then fit crampons for about 2 hours of ice trekking. You'll explore crevasses, ice lagoons, and sinkholes while learning how the glacier advances and calves. Return through Magellanic forest and cruise past Balmaceda Glacier with an aperitif made from glacier ice. An optional bus visit to Glacier Viewpoint adds another hour if interested.
