Puerto de Santa María to Cádiz
Start cycling through Tortuños Marsh Park and into the Algaida forest on your way toward Cádiz. The route takes you through wetlands, small fishing villages, and towns where flamenco is part of the local culture before arriving in the historic old city of Cádiz. You'll cover about 41 km today.

Cádiz to Sanlúcar de Barrameda
Take a 40-minute ferry across the Guadalquivir River to Rota, then cycle through agricultural land planted with fruit trees and various crops heading to Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This town has a reputation for its wine and tapas along with nice beaches where you can relax. The ride is roughly 24 km.

Sanlúcar de Barrameda to Lebrija
Ride through a small pine forest and follow the Guadalquivir inland into Cádiz Province through rolling terrain and the Las Marismas wetlands. This area is ecologically important and attracts diverse bird species, so you might see purple partridges and white-headed ducks. End the day in Lebrija, a traditional white-walled Andalusian village and birthplace of Spain's first grammar author. Today's distance is about 40 km.

Los Palacios to Seville
Leave the marsh areas behind and cycle a quiet country road lined with olive trees and open fields. After arriving, you'll have time to see Torre del Oro, the Cathedral, La Giralda, and Plaza España. This leg covers about 33 km.
