I first reached out to TourRadar regarding the Big Cities, Temples & Island Vibes Across 5 Countries tour and was connected with Vio Travel (Asia). My husband and I wanted to customize the itinerary by adding a few more destinations and expanding the trip from 5 countries to 8 countries within 18 days. We were fortunate to work with Ngoc Le, who patiently guided us through every step of the planning process. We exchanged several messages as we fine-tuned the itinerary, accommodations, and travel arrangements until everything matched exactly what we were looking for. From the very beginning, Ngoc was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of our requests. She also put requests for some of the hotels to acknowledge my birthday. That was very sweet. The 18-day tour exceeded our expectations. Every detail was handled exactly as promised in the final itinerary provided to us, including airport pickups, flights, transfers, hotels with breakfast included, Hop-On Hop-Off tickets, day tours, and private drivers. We especially appreciated the daily notifications reminding us of the next steps in our itinerary as well as supplying us with their partner information in each country, which made the entire trip seamless and stress-free. We can confidently say that we had an amazing experience. The organization, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning provided by Ngoc and the Vio Travel team truly made our journey special. Their excellent logistics and customer service were the cherry on top of an unforgettable adventure. Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Vio Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
