  I'm interested in joining your scheduled small-group Philippines tour departing in late February or early March 2026 (9 days including Palawan and El Nido). I am traveling solo and would like to request shared accommodation (twin/double room share) with another traveler to avoid the single supplement. Available departure dates in my period (Feb 26 – early Mar)? Total cost per person with room share? Level of hotels included and whether island hopping in El Nido is part of the itinerary? What is included (transfers, internal flights, activities)?

    We do have a departure that perfectly matches your travel dates: Departure date: Friday, 27 February 2026, Tour period: 27 February – 7 March 2026 (9 days), Price: USD 1,303 per person, 3-star Accommodation throughout the itinerary. Since you are traveling solo and would like to share a room, we are happy to help arrange a twin room share with another female traveler to avoid the single supplement. El Nido island hopping is included in the itinerary. Airport transfers on Day 1 and Day 9 are included. All hotels as per itinerary. All ground transportation during the tour. All scheduled activities and excursions mentioned in the program. Please note that international flights are NOT included, but everything needed during the tour itself is covered.

    The domestic flight from Manila to Port Princesa is not included? What about meals? In alternative how much for the single room?

    Yes, that's correct — the domestic flight from Manila to Puerto Princesa is not included, and the departure flight from El Nido on the last day is also not included. These flights will need to be arranged by yourself, which gives you flexibility to choose your preferred timing and airline. Regarding meals, lunch is included every day when there is a scheduled tour or activity, as part of the itinerary. Breakfast is provided at the hotels, while dinners are generally at your own arrangement to allow flexibility. As for the room-sharing option, we've checked our current bookings and there is no other solo traveler confirmed for room sharing at the moment. We can temporarily reserve a twin room for you, and if another traveler later requests a shared room, we can arrange that. but if there's no other traveler prefer to share room, you can pay the single supplement later. However, I'd like to be transparent that for the Philippines tours, most solo travelers usually end up staying in a single room, as room sharing requests are relatively uncommon for this destination. For this reason, we generally recommend booking with the single room option from the start to avoid uncertainty. Single supplement: USD 373, Tour price: USD 1,302, Total for single room: USD 1,676

  Is this available leave earlier in July? We would be a groupl of 4-6 adults. My other question is, is it safe to travel during that time? I've read that it is typhoon season in July.

    For this group tour, our fixed departure date in July is July 9th. July is technically part of the rainy/typhoon season in the Philippines, some flights maybe influenced by typhoon. but Palawan is one of the safest and least affected regions in the country. It usually has more stable weather compared to other islands, and guests can still enjoy the beaches, lagoons, and excursions.

  Is this the earliest departure in September? Will we get to see whale sharks?

    Yes, 10th Sep will be the earliest departure date. and yo will see the whale sharks on day 4.

    What ai mean is the probability of actually seeing the sharks.

    In September, there's still a good chance of seeing whale sharks in Puerto Princesa since their season runs from April to October. By October, they usually start to leave the area. So, during September there's still a chance to encounter them. Of course, weather and ocean conditions can affect whether the whale shark activity will take place.
