He was very knowledgeable, we talked a lot about Vietnamese history and culture along the way. We did 6 tastings 4 savory and 2 sweets, wrapped up with egg coffee. Food tour is always a must on our trip and we love it this time! I really appreciate how flexible the tour operator was to cater to my husband who is very picky about certain herbs and sauces. The tour was well organised with convenient transportation. We love a bit of walking around finding these treasures of food on the street. I can't get enough of the yummy banh mi I must say!! The tour guide also told us a lot about the history of these spots.Show more

AMAZING workshop! This was one of the highlights of my Hanoi trip. Luka is honestly one of the best hosts I’ve met. Super friendly, full of energy, and he explained everything in a way that was fun and easy to follow. We made great coffee, laughed a lot, and the whole group had such good vibes. The wine tasting part at the end is such a fun twist that turned the class into a party. 10/10!!Show more

OMG this food tour was the bomb! The operator was so awesome and helped me plan the perfect tour since I have some allergies. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia, seriously! I learned so much about Vietnamese history, politics, and economics, not just from a book but through cool stories. And the FOOD! Come with an empty stomach coz you get to eat so much. We had like 7 different things, 5 savory and 2 sweet. My absolute faves were the bun cha and xoi Yen. Seriously, so good! Best food tour in Hanoi for sure!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Sondax Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
