  I am a single female looking to book this trip. I want to make sure that the trip is fully guided breakfast to dinner. What happens if I am the only person who has book this trip? Will the trip continue? Do you cancel?

    Yes, the tour will operate even if you are the only person booked. If there are no other bookings for your departure date, the tour will become a private tour for you at no additional charge. We will not cancel the tour because you are the only traveller.
    
    You will have a professional driver throughout the tour, and a local tour guide will accompany you during the sightseeing in each city.
    
    Your driver will be available according to the scheduled itinerary and transfers.
    
    As a solo female traveller, you will have our team's support throughout the trip, and we will remain available should you need any assistance during the tour.

  I can't make a reservation through the website for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, for the Golden Triangle group tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, 5 days, single room. If slots are available, What should I do? Wait two months until the booking period opens in the website?

    We have checked and found that the rates for the upcoming season have not yet been updated. We will be updating them shortly. Please note that the price will be higher, as the period from April to September is considered the low season, when rates are generally lower. During the peak season, from October to March, hotel and service rates increase accordingly.

  if my flight to Delhi landed at 8.45am on the 15th would I be eligible to join the tour and picked up from the airport once I have landed and cleared customs and collected my bag? I see pick up times are 9am and just wondered if this is a little flexible as my schedule options are limited.

    Yes, if your flight lands at 8:45 AM on 15th September, that will be absolutely fine. Our driver will wait at the airport according to your flight arrival time, so you can comfortably clear immigration and collect your luggage before meeting him.

    The price difference is mainly because our Group Tour is fully all inclusive. It includes entrance tickets to all monuments, all meals and other inclusions throughout the tour. This makes the overall cost higher. The Private Tour, although more flexible and personalized, does not include entrance tickets and meals. These are paid directly by guests as per actual usage, which is why the upfront tour price appears lower.

  I noticed that a tour for $700/ea for 2 people becomes $1200 for one person. To me, $500 is excessive, but more importantly, I might be the only person. I prefer to travel with other travelers rather than just a tour guide and me. How can I tell if you have a tour that already have travellers?

    We can arrange one room for three people, but the third person would be on a rollaway bed which may feel cramped. We recommend booking a private room for the third guest.

  I noticed you run a 5 day and 6 day inclusive trip to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I was wondering if there is an option to book the 5 day tour but add an extra day in Jaipur and join a different tour group run by you for the drive back to Delhi the following day?

    You may book the 5-Day Golden Triangle Tour starting on 26th January and ending on 30th January. For 31st January, we can provide a car transfer from Jaipur to Delhi at an additional charge. Please note that many places in Delhi will remain closed on 26th January due to India's Republic Day celebrations.

    Would the car transfer on the 31st be private or with a group? How much approximately will this cost? Double checking the 5 day tour is a group tour? What things will be open on the 26th in Delhi to see that are on the itinerary?

    It will be INR 8000 for transfer from Jaipur to Delhi for a private Sedan car. As of now two more people have signed up for 26th January, so it will be a group tour unless they charge the travel date due to Republic day, if they do that then it will become your private tour. Many places will remain closed in Delhi on 26th January, so i highly recommend to change the date.
