      How can I book the international flight which has arrival time suitable for the tour time while I haven't known about the time and hotels for the tour yet?

      We recommend booking your flights after booking the tour. Please note our tours are fully confirmed for departure within 60 days of the departure date, as passengers may request date/destination changes until 60 days prior to departure. Please also note that One Week in Turkey is a new itinerary released for departures next year starting in April, further details on the accommodations and timing will be provided closer to the departure date.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Talk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
