TourRadar is a great company, very simple to use their app! The local company (TUI for Destinations services Thailand) mixed up the dates in 2 out of 3 hotel bookings so it was challenging but they sent me apologies. Also, they don’t send a local rep to help you with all excursions you might want to do unless you request it, which I did on TourRadar app. Other than that, My husband and I had a wonderful trip and the hotels chosen for us were Fantastic; obviously much better than what I would have picked on my own. It was also very helpful to have all transportation (door to door service) from Phuket, Phi phi islands and Krabi. Great service as it would have been way more complicated on our own! We will use TourRadar without hesitation for another trip 🤩Show more

  Where at the airport would I be picked up? Will there be other travellers joining throughout the day so do we all wait? How does it work and how do I find my guide to start the transfer and what if my flight is delayed? Will there definitely be other people on my tour? How many are currently booked on? Do we all stay together for the travel between hotels and resorts? How does that work? It seems that some of the travel is by a public bus - this worries me. The Phuket accommodation seems very cheap with bad reviews, what have past travellers said about it? When the tour ends I want to stay for a few days, how do I get back from Krabi to Phuket for my flight home?

  When you arrive at Phuket airport (International), our representative will hold signboard with our company logo to wait clients at exit door no.3. Transfer service will be share with other guests. In case flight delay, inform new arrival time in order to re-arrange transfer service. For land transfer services, such as from Phuket airport to Phuket hotel, we do not use public bus. At this moment no passenger booked. Accommodation will be at Chanalai Hillside Phuket or similar. End of services will be at Krabi airport, if your departure flight is from Phuket. We have extra charge for land transfer from Krabi hotel to Phuket airport.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Thailand. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Thailand will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Destination Services Thailand" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
