Too many people on a coach bus. Too many people to take through crowded tourist streets. Felt like cattle following a flower flag through Rome. The tour guide was hard to understand speaking very fast and with an ancient. Many meals were not included. The description of the tour was very vague, eve n when I called to ask specific questions they were not clear. Such as "do we visit the Pantheon.. yes you do" However we found out this really meant we stood outside it and never stepped foot inside! Also, a walking tour through the streets of Rome did not include anything worth seeing... no Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps(even though we were very close) we actually left the walking tour when they turned back so we could continue the very short additional walk to see these wonderful things. Many things are not included.... better off doing things on your own or with a different travel agency that has more transparency.Show more
