The location were good and the hotels were nice it was a great way to be introduced to a lot of Italian cities in a short time. The food was just ok. It would have been better to have been told about the optional tours and that they had to be paid for in euros - no credit card. It would have been nice for the tour guide to tell us things we might want to do at least a few days ahead so we could purchase tickets. It was disappointing we were not able to go into st Marks in Venice as the guide had told us we just got in line how ever when we tried we were told we had to have tickets and they were soldout for the day. The just said they change things all the time, I would expect the guide to keep up with things like entry requirements. Also I had asked prior to the trip if I the pass to visit Venice was included and told it was not, so I purchased my own and once there was told it was included from staying in the hotel. Overall I felt communication was somewhat lacking and not always accurate.Show more

- For any tour departing before October 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Click Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
