On the day we arrived we still hadn't received any points of contact for hotels other then initial one. I finally contacted a lady -Doria Voltovych who emailed me some travel documents with hotel, car rental, and venue admission information. The car wasn't a midsize but a small Citrine with a six speed transmission and no GPS as promised. I planned on buying gas but the tolls and the required parking expense was a surprise. Many of the merchants would not accept the vouchers provided. The car and hotel rooms were abvously the smallest and cheapest available. You should never let someone take this tour who aren't told about parking (or lack of it) who can't speak or at least read Danish. Many of the sights could have had directions to - that would have been helpful. All in all it was an exasperating, expensive, and disappointing experience. And a valuable learning experience.Show more

Your travel documents, including the supplier information and vouchers, were issued on 3 April. These included hotel details, parking guidance, and other key travel information to help with your trip planning. We’re sorry if anything was unclear or not easily accessible during your travels. Our trip notes also outline that the rental car is a Category B vehicle (such as an Opel Corsa or similar), and that GPS is not included as part of the car hire. Fuel, tolls and parking are also not included in the package price, as stated in the trip information provided. We’re also sorry to hear that some aspects of the arrangements did not feel as smooth as expected, including the use of vouchers and the coordination of services during your trip. For tours departing after August 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
