I would like to book this tour for us to commence on the 1st January, however I will be arriving one day earlier and leaving one day later what is the cost to do this please?

If you arrive 1 day earlier, I will still arrange airport pickup transfer for your group. However, you will need one more night extra accommodation in Hanoi, the extra fee for it is 60 USD/per room (and you can totally pay in cash when you come to Vietnam)

Is this tour still available on the super sale 50% of? I saw it for $1446.00 CAD plus $348 CAD local charge. I was looking yesterday and were looking on booking today. We would be available for late January departure or early February 2027. I saved this to my wish list, but it now says no departure dates.

I looked at 14 day magical Vietnam on 15 March and price was after upgrade to 4star hotels £3,777.28 for 4 people with the 50% discount, when I looked Yesterday the 50% discount is still on but now the price is £4,168.24 which has put us off. we are also looking at a trip with a company Traveltalk. I see TourRadar have a mega sale coming up, will this price be reduced in sale or could you help with that

What are the main differences between the standard 3star and 4star accommodation?

We can get a flight home on 30th September from Ho Chi Minh, but it leaves at 9.25am. Thus we would need to be at the airport by 7am. Is this possible?

We are unable to book international flights for you because it is outside our control in case there is any problems happening. No internal flights are included in the tour price. The cost of domestic airfares is paid separately to us after you book the tour package. These airfare fees are distinct from the main tour cost because internal airfare prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including travel dates, flight availability, and fuel taxes. There are 2 domestic flight tickets inclusive in this package for per person: Hanoi - Da Nang and Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh. The price will be 250 USD per person. We are always willing to arrange Twin Room. After booking our tour package, you just need to inform what option you like at the hotel: Double Bed or Twin Bed (2 Single Beds).

What are the total costs including flight from Berlin?

We can only cover domestic flight tickets in Vietnam. As for international flights, we cannot cover those due to the time zone difference with Vietnam. If any issues arise, we cannot handle them immediately for you. Therefore, you still need to book flight from Berlin to Vietnam and Vietnam back to Berlin.

  The domestic flight is not included in the tour price I quoted. As mentioned in the tour details, it is a local payment, and the cost is USD 250 per person. This price already includes all applicable government taxes, so there won't be any additional tax to pay for the domestic flight. You're also welcome to book the domestic flight yourself if you prefer. It's completely up to you. Regarding your visa, as an Irish citizen, you will need to apply for an e-Visa to enter Vietnam. The application process is very straightforward and typically takes 5–7 working days to be processed. Once you book the tour with us, I'll send you the official e-Visa application link and guide you through the process if you need any assistance.

  We price all of our tours in USD because that's the standard currency we use for international bookings. However, when you proceed to checkout, you can choose your preferred payment currency (including EUR), and the system will automatically convert the amount for you. As for the government tax, it is not related to the USA or your nationality. The tax applies to all travelers regardless of where they are from, including visitors from Ireland, and it's already included in the total price we quoted you. There won't be any extra government tax to pay on top of that.

  Yes, the total tour price already includes all applicable taxes, so there won't be any additional tourist tax to pay. For the 2 internal flights: Ho Chi Minh City → Da Nang and Da Nang → Hanoi. The total cost is USD 240 per person for both flights. Regarding Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, there are no special activities or celebrations included in the tour itinerary on those days. The tour will continue as normal because Christmas and New Year are not traditional public holidays in Vietnam. However, you'll have free time to explore the cities in the evening, and there are usually plenty of festive street activities, decorations, and celebrations happening around Christmas and especially New Year's Eve.

  Just to clarify, the USD 250 local payment is not a tourist tax. It is the cost of the domestic flight tickets, which are not included in the main tour price. Each person needs 2 domestic flights: Hanoi → Da Nang, Da Nang → Ho Chi Minh City. These airfare fees are separate from the main tour cost because domestic flight prices can fluctuate depending on the travel dates, flight availability, fuel taxes, and other airline charges. By keeping the domestic airfare as a separate payment, we can keep the tour price lower and offer more flexibility when arranging the flights (after you book our tour package, we will send payment link for domestic flight). So, there is no additional tourist tax of USD 250 — this amount is specifically for your domestic airfare.

I looked at 14 day magical Vietnam on 15 March and price was after upgrade to 4star hotels £3,777.28 for 4 people with the 50% discount, when I looked Yesterday the 50% discount is still on but now the price is £4,168.24 which has put us off. we are also looking at a trip with a company Traveltalk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
