I looked at 14 day magical Vietnam on 15 March and price was after upgrade to 4star hotels £3,777.28 for 4 people with the 50% discount, when I looked Yesterday the 50% discount is still on but now the price is £4,168.24 which has put us off. we are also looking at a trip with a company Traveltalk. I see TourRadar have a mega sale coming up, will this price be reduced in sale or could you help with that

Yes, we can totally meet you at Hanoi Hotel instead Hanoi Airport on the first day and as far as I am concerned that you will are in Hanoi few days before the tour starts so if you want a transfer from your hotel you booked to our tour hotel in Hanoi, please let me know so I can arrange transfers accordingly.

What are the main differences between the standard 3star and 4star accommodation?

We can get a flight home on 30th September from Ho Chi Minh, but it leaves at 9.25am. Thus we would need to be at the airport by 7am. Is this possible?

We are unable to book international flights for you because it is outside our control in case there is any problems happening. No internal flights are included in the tour price. The cost of domestic airfares is paid separately to us after you book the tour package. These airfare fees are distinct from the main tour cost because internal airfare prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including travel dates, flight availability, and fuel taxes. There are 2 domestic flight tickets inclusive in this package for per person: Hanoi - Da Nang and Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh. The price will be 250 USD per person. We are always willing to arrange Twin Room. After booking our tour package, you just need to inform what option you like at the hotel: Double Bed or Twin Bed (2 Single Beds).

What are the total costs including flight from Berlin?

We can only cover domestic flight tickets in Vietnam. As for international flights, we cannot cover those due to the time zone difference with Vietnam. If any issues arise, we cannot handle them immediately for you. Therefore, you still need to book flight from Berlin to Vietnam and Vietnam back to Berlin.

My husband and I are seeking an itinerary that accommodates limited mobility, as I walk with a cane. I can honestly say this trip was absolutely worth the money. Everything was very well organised, and the whole itinerary ran smoothly from start to finish. Each day, I received a detailed plan for the following day, including pick-up time, return time, the full tour schedule, and even the car registration number. That level of organisation made everything feel very easy and stress-free. I had booked a “small group” tour expecting no more than 10 people, but at times the group was slightly larger—though never more than 18, and usually around 12. It didn’t take away from the experience too much, but if you’re looking for something more intimate or relaxed, a private tour might be the better option. A big highlight for me was the support I received from Hannah. She was fantastic—always quick to respond before the trip and throughout, even on weekends and during their New Year bank holiday. She also went the extra mile by organising my internal flights and arranging additional transfers for the last two locations I had booked privately, which made everything completely seamless. Only one small note here: there were a few shop stops included in the itinerary. I don’t mind these at all—I actually enjoyed having a coffee break and learning more about local products. However, at times it felt like there was an expectation to buy something. It would be great if this part could feel a bit more relaxed and shorter so there is more time for the actual sites , especially since there are limits on how much you can bring back to your home country. I chose to upgrade to 4-star hotels, and while they may not match international luxury standards, they were all clean, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for the destination. All transfers to and from airports and hotels were in private cars, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. They always gave you water and the pick-ups were always punctual—just make sure you’re on time as well, as they run on a tight schedule and don’t tolerate delays. All the sites and locations were fantastic. You learn a lot about the history and culture, and get to see many beautiful monuments, buildings, and countryside landscapes. There were also some lovely boat rides and even a bicycle trip, which added great variety to the experience. I especially enjoyed the contrast between the peaceful countryside and the busy, vibrant cities. Overall, a very well-organised and enjoyable trip that I would definitely recommend. Is this tour still available on the super sale 50% of? I saw it for $1446.00 CAD plus $348 CAD local charge. I was looking yesterday and were looking on booking today. I looked at 14 day magical Vietnam on 15 March and price was after upgrade to 4star hotels £3,777.28 for 4 people with the 50% discount, when I looked Yesterday the 50% discount is still on but now the price is £4,168.24 which has put us off. we are also looking at a trip with a company Traveltalk.
