  My wife and I had an amazing time on this 14-day Vietnam tour with Up Travel Vietnam! From Hanoi to Halong Bay, Danang, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City, everything was very well organized and went smoothly from start to finish. A special shout-out to Hannah, our tour coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the trip. She was always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated her attention to detail and the way she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The guides were all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and spoke good English. They shared so much interesting information about Vietnam's history, culture, and local life, while also making the tours fun and enjoyable. The drivers were punctual and professional, and all the transfers and logistics were handled seamlessly. We especially loved the contrast between the vibrant streets of Hanoi, the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, the charm and lantern-lit streets of Hoi An, and the lively atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City. Each destination offered something special, and the itinerary gave us a wonderful taste of Vietnam without feeling too rushed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money. Everything ran smoothly, making it a completely stress-free holiday. Hannah was the best tour coordinator I could have asked for — incredibly helpful, organised, attentive, and always making sure everything went perfectly. Our local tour guides, Jun, Loan, and Hung, were all fantastic in their respective cities. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Vietnam’s culture and history with us. One of the highlights was definitely the authentic Vietnamese food. Every destination offered something special, allowing us to discover the true flavours of Vietnam. Despite the packed itinerary, there was still enough free time to explore independently and enjoy each destination at our own pace. As someone who usually prefers travelling independently, I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable and hassle-free this small-group tour was. I returned home with incredible memories, wonderful experiences, and a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam.   The short version: Up Travel arranged a private tour for our group of 10 from north to south and points in between, tailored everything to our (sometimes absurd) preferences and delivered the trip of a lifetime. Book with absolute confidence. The long of it: we went through a year-long process of planning and revising a 16-day tour with Lily (with stops in Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City), who practically held our hands at every step of the way, including great advice on things to skip and things we absolutely couldn’t skip. She quickly developed a feel for our preferences, and helped us make the tough decisions about what to see and what to skip, given our time constraints. Up Travel pulled out all the stops - airport greeting, immigration fast track, private transfers, door to door service, etc. Of course, things happen that are beyond Up Travel’s control, and even then, our guides Hannah, Henry, and Jun would quickly adapt and improvise. Potential disasters were turned into minor inconveniences. Our guides were, without exception, extremely knowledgeable, extremely adaptable, and extremely professional. Unfortunately, only one member of our group speaks Vietnamese. Never fear — Up Travel was able to accommodate us with guides that spoke university-level English. The Up Travel team was more than a tour operator for us; they were fixers. Having a hard time locating a certain souvenir? They found it. Don’t want to wait in this surprisingly long line? They adapted a new plan, developed on the spot and delivered in 15 minutes. My family and I recommend Up Travel without hesitation, and ourselves would not visit Vietnam again without arranging everything via Up Travel.Show more
