The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and gave us a great overview of the country’s highlights in a relatively short amount of time. From the energy of Hanoi to the history and vibrancy of Ho Chi Minh City, every stop offered something memorable.
A special thank you to Hannah, who was extremely thorough, informative, and attentive throughout the trip. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were always well taken care of. Her knowledge, organization, and warm personality really elevated the experience and allowed us to relax and enjoy each moment.
If you’re looking for a well-organized way to experience the best of Vietnam in a short timeframe, I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was a fantastic introduction to a beautiful country.

The tour chose the most interesting places and had great tour guides. The pickups from the airport and hotels were well organised and on time. We certainly recommend them to anyone.

Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The hotel, transportation, and meals were all comfortable and high quality. Up Travel really took care of every detail, so we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Our coordinator Hannah is awesome!!!

The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and patient.
During the class, we prepared several authentic dishes — including fresh spring rolls, pho, banana flower salad and egg coffee. Everything was well explained and easy to follow, even for beginners.
This was a very fun and insightful experience. The instructor is very patient with us. He is really helpful with the whole process from start to finish. It was a great experience overall.

Jesse was so informative and you can really tell how passionate he is about food—he explained everything in such an easy, engaging way. The food we made was absolutely delicious, and I left feeling inspired to try cooking it again at home. Overall, it was such an enjoyable and authentic experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who loves food and wants to do something a bit different.

After a short ride (~10 mins?) to the cooking school venue, we started our cooking class.
We had a fantastic time, learning how to prepare for, assemble and cook spring rolls, bun cha (sweet & sour noodle soup with pork meatballs and sliced pork belly), mango salad (our favourite) and egg coffee.
I can recommend this experience to everyone, of any age and any cooking ability. I’m a moderately experienced home chef, but learned so much about how to cook Vietnamese food from Jessie.
Thank to you Jessie and to the whole team for their effort, expertise and kindness, we had a fantastic time with you all!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Vietnam experience. Everything went according to plan and we enjoyed the very different culture. Halong Bay cruise was very interesting and we both managed to walk the 700 steps to see the amazing cave. The private SUV to Sapa was an excellent drive, unfortunately our driver couldn't speak English but he was an excellent careful driver. Our tour guide Sumay was terrific and caring, guiding us around. The cable car was amazing but the climb proved too much for us but our son and daughter- in-law managed to get to the top. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for both coffee lovers and first-timers. This workshop gave great insight into local coffee culture and was one of the highlights of my trip.
