  Our 12-Day Vietnam Super Deal Package was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. We booked through TourRadar, and our local tour operator, Up Travel Vietnam, exceeded all of our expectations. There were five of us traveling together, with four travelers over the age of 60, and everything throughout the trip was organized with exceptional care and professionalism. A very special thank you goes to Hannah, who was our main contact person during the entire journey. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and thoughtful in every detail. Knowing we could reach her anytime through WhatsApp gave us great peace of mind, and she always made sure our questions and concerns were handled promptly and warmly. From airport transfers and transportation to hotels, meals, and daily excursions, every part of the trip was seamless and well coordinated. We upgraded to 4-star accommodations, and the hotels were comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. The drivers, tour guides, hotel staff, and everyone Hannah worked with were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly welcomed in Vietnam. The excursions were one of the highlights of the trip. We enjoyed breathtaking scenery, scenic hikes, boat rides, and visits to some of Vietnam’s most iconic destinations. The itinerary was active and exciting, with new experiences almost every day. The meals were also wonderful, mostly authentic Vietnamese cuisine, with a nice mix of Asian and Western dishes while in Sapa. This tour is ideal for travelers who enjoy staying active and exploring different places daily, though it may not be suitable for those requiring wheelchair accessibility due to the amount of walking and hiking involved. We came home with wonderful memories and deep appreciation for everyone who helped make this vacation so special. Vietnam is a beautiful country filled with warm and generous people, and thanks to Hannah and the amazing team at Up Travel Vietnam, our journey was smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. The itinerary was perfectly designed to cover all the destinations on my bucket list, which is exactly why I chose this tour. It was definitely a full and busy schedule, but absolutely worth it. Although I traveled solo, I never once felt alone. I met wonderful people on the day tours as well as during the overnight trips to Halong Bay and Sapa, which made the experience even more special. Hannah from Up Travel Vietnam did an outstanding job coordinating every detail of my trip. She seamlessly handled all logistics, including airport transfers, internal flights with Vietnam Airlines (even sending my boarding passes), hotel accommodations, and all tour arrangements with smooth pickup and drop-offs. Despite never meeting in person, she stayed in contact via WhatsApp, sending clear daily updates with my itinerary and pickup times, which made everything effortless and stress-free. With genuine enthusiasm and deep local knowledge, he showed us both the highlights and the hidden corners of the city. A true highlight was the hands-on experience of preparing and tasting traditional lotus tea, followed by making and enjoying authentic Vietnamese coffee — rich in flavor and deeply rooted in local culture. Everything was perfectly arranged, including a smooth pick-up and drop-off at our hotel, which made the entire experience effortless.
