If you prefer to use a visa on arrival, you'll need a company to sponsor you for that, which means obtaining an approval letter beforehand. Please note that visa applications are processed only on weekdays. Since today is Friday, you can apply for the eVisa and use the urgent processing option to receive it within 2 hours. We can assist you with that after you book our tour. Regarding airport transfer, our package includes that, so you can rest assured about that.

Dropping you off at HAN Airport on the night of the 6th day at 10 PM is not possible. The Halong Bay trip will conclude around 9 PM, which wouldn't allow enough time for your flight. Since this is a group tour, the itinerary is fixed, and our driver and guide can only drop you off in the Old Quarter. If you can change your flight to a later time, around 2-3 AM the following day, I can arrange a private car for you to take you to the airport after you return to the Old Quarter.
