  Recently did the Vietnam Highlights in 7 Days tour.When we were on the tour was very well coordinated by our tour coordinator, Hanna. kept us informed over many days and through every stage of organizing the trip; right through to informing us each day of the daily tour pick up timings, as well as contact details. Hanna was amazing to deal with throughout this tour, and I highly commend for her efforts. This tour is a great way to see some of the highlights of Vietnam in a short timeframe and I highly recommend this tour.I will never forget Vietnam.Show more

  I was disappointed by the lack of transparency around what was actually a platform provider booking independent freelance tour guides each day, such that this was not actually a group tour from end to end with an experienced guide. It was disjointed, with no real consideration of the end to end experience of the individual (myself travelling solo). This is unlike any other 'tour' I have ever purchased, and would never purchase or recommend TourRadar. Having to pay for domestic flights in addition was unclear also.Show more

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point: cohesive multi-day group composition is not an industry standard for land-based or modular itineraries. Many reputable operators deliver multi-day experiences by combining daily departures, which is operationally necessary and fundamentally different from fixed-cohort expeditions or cruises. Our tour follows this widely accepted model, and it is not advertised as a single, socially fixed group traveling together for the entire duration. Our focus has always been on providing a high-quality, authentic experience for our guests while supporting the local communities we work with. We do not believe that a cohesive multi-day group composition is a requirement for achieving those goals, and many of our travelers value the flexibility and local interaction this format allows. That said, we understand how this structure may not suit every traveler, particularly those seeking a socially continuous group experience. Your feedback highlights an expectation mismatch rather than a failure to deliver the product as designed, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve how we communicate this clearly to future guests. Regarding Domestic flight tickets: Domestic flight tickets were mentioned from the very beginning as a Local Payment item. They are not included in the total tour cost, and all of this was stated clearly in the Exclusion section. After contacting you, we provided two options so you could feel comfortable (and this is the same process offered to all customers who travel with us): 1. You can book your domestic flight tickets yourself. 2. We will book your domestic flight tickets for you, and you will need to pay the domestic flight ticket cost. Initially, you told us you would book the domestic flight tickets yourself. Later, you agreed and requested that we book the flights for you - and of course, you also paid for the domestic flight ticket cost. We have been fully transparent regarding the domestic flight arrangement by giving you the two options above. That said, according to what you mentioned, you felt it was unclear—however, this is not accurate compared to what we actually did. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, as it helps us refine our communication and ensure travelers choose the experience that best fits what they are looking for.

  We joined this cooking class as a family with our two small kids (6 years old and 1 year old), and overall it was a fun and memorable experience. The class began with a visit to local shops to buy ingredients, where the chef explained how local shopping works, which was a great introduction to everyday life and food culture. Back in the kitchen, we first made papaya salad, which turned out really delicious, followed by fresh summer spring rolls that my older daughter helped prepare and happily ate a lot of. We then moved on to bún chả, where we seasoned the beef and pork ourselves, although we didn’t get the chance to fry the meat, which I was a bit surprised about. The coconut milk coffee was also prepared quite quickly by the chef, so we didn’t really get the chance to make it ourselves. That said, managing a cooking class with two small kids can be challenging, and we still appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to learn about Vietnamese dishes. Overall, it was an enjoyable family-friendly experience and a nice way to spend time together while exploring local food. 😊Show more

  I had a fantastic trip to Vietnam organized through Tour Radar. During the journey, I explored Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, visiting well-known sites such as the Old Quarter and Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon. I also took boat cruises to see the stunning limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay and explored the historic Cu Chi Tunnels to learn about Vietnam's history. I visited Danang as well. Additionally, I enjoyed authentic local cuisine, including pho, banh mi, and fresh seafood. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Thanks to Hannah for all her help; she kept me well-informed every day, making the experience seamless.Show more

  Overall it was a very good 7 days tour, we wanted to visit as much as possible in Vietnam in a short period of time and the goal was well achieved. We have chosen 4 stars hotels , maybe we should went for the five stars, there some accomodation inconveniences , especially in Hanoi. Communication wad good with the organiser on WhatsApp, they are responsive. They are a sort of a service broker, the tours are provided by local touristic companies and local guides. Sometimes they agglomerate the initial planning and you may find yourself in the position of not having enough time to check in a hotel for e.g. they explain and apologise a bit too much without focusing on our specific requests. If it would possible to change something, I would skip the 1 day trip to Ba Na hills, it's more suited for kids or if you like playing games . There are other interesting incredible pagodas or other historical sites , but this is, of course, a matter of taste or personal preference. Also the quality of the local guides is very variable from a region to another.Show more
