Baggage allowance: checked baggage 23 kg and hand (carry-on) baggage 10 kg per person. However, you can book domestic tickets on your own. At that time, I will advise the suitable timing for each flight. Meals included in this tour package: 6 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 1 dinner are included. All other meals which are not mentioned are on your own. Except for the domestic flight ticket fare, all entrance fees, airport transfers, and an English-speaking guide are included in the package — there are no hidden fees you will have to pay.

      1. Train Street: You can easily visit on your own. It's within walking distance and located in the Old Town area near the hotel. It's famous for cafés right next to the tracks where visitors enjoy coffee while watching trains pass. Many of our guests go there independently.

      2. Coconut-jungle (basket boat) activity: I can change the itinerary to include the coconut-jungle basket-boat experience. Adding this will increase the price by a USD 20 per person surcharge compared with the current Marble Mountain + Hoi An tour.

      In the event that you need to cancel your trip to Vietnam, we will adhere to our cancellation policy:

      • Above 60 days: 100% refund of the total tour price (deposit is fixed and non-refundable).
      • 60-30 days: 75% refund of the total tour price (deposit is fixed and non-refundable).
      • 29-20 days: 50% refund of the total tour price (deposit is fixed and non-refundable).
      • 19 days or less: no refund.
      • No show/no written notice: no refund.

If you prefer to use a visa on arrival, you'll need a company to sponsor you for that, which means obtaining an approval letter beforehand. Please note that visa applications are processed only on weekdays. Since today is Friday, you can apply for the eVisa and use the urgent processing option to receive it within 2 hours. We can assist you with that after you book our tour. Regarding airport transfer, our package includes that, so you can rest assured about that.
