  we are interested in your Vietnam Discovery tour 7 days, but we don't want to tour the Cu Chi Tunnels. Can we swap this for a Long Tan Tour. We are also interested in doing a cooking class, is this possible?

    At the moment, we don't offer the Long Tan Tour, so unfortunately we aren't able to swap the Cu Chi Tunnels visit for that experience. However, if you'd prefer not to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, I'd be happy to replace it with one of these full-day options instead:

  If we wanted to upgrade accommodations to a 4 star hotel for the $150/per person -do we need to make sure that is done prior to booking or can we book and just notify you about the upgrade

    You can check our Cancellation Policy right after "Inclusion" part. To be more specific:
    
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    
    • Above 60 days: 100% refund of total tour price, deposit is fixed non-refundable
    • 60-30 days: 75% refund of total tour price, deposit is fixed non-refundable
    • 29-20 days: 50% refund of total tour price, deposit is fixed non-refundable
    • 19 days or less: no refund
    • No show/no written notice: no refund
    
    OTHERS:
    
    • If you are required to cancel the tour, we will follow this policy. Please note that you will incur an additional fee, which is the platform technology fee and our service support fee, amounting to 3% of the total amount. Therefore, even if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of the fee, but we must charge the additional 3% fee mentioned above. We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation terms and contact us as soon as you make a decision to receive full support and information.
    • Numerous hotels in Vietnam insist on upfront deposits or full payment at the time of booking to secure rooms. These deposits or full payments are non-negotiable and are nonrefundable if a booking is cancelled.
    • Cancellation of luxury cruise tours, hotels or resort might charge 100% of total cost.
    • Special conditions: Depending on airlines and supplier's cancellation policies, the above conditions may be modified without any notification.
    • If the cancellation is not for the entire booking (e.g. just one-party member) those cancelling may be liable for any single occupancy costs applied to the other members of the original booking.
    • Any refund does not include visas, visa processing fees, booking fees, administration fees or credit card fees, currency differences, travel insurance or personal expenses which shall be 100% forfeit in all cases.
    • Clients will be advised to must have a suitable travel insurance cover in order to provide cover for these charges in the event of cancellation or delay. We cannot be held responsible for any expenses arising from an unscheduled departure from any itinerary.
    • No refund will be made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements.
    • All air tickets are non-refundable, valid only for the flight and/or dates purchased cannot be exchanged or transferred.
    
    OPTION TO AMEND CANCELLED BOOKING
    
    • It's possible you request to cancel your booking and amend your booking to depart to future date.
    • As this is a quite complex situation to cancel and to amend your booking to an open date, your travel advisor will help you to recover the loss of the total booking.
    • We cannot promise we are able to succeed as every booking has his own conditions. But experiences learned we might move the booking to by not canceling to amend with an extra cost between 10% to 25%.

    For our 7-day Vietnam tour, we want to clarify the format: Our 7-day tour is arranged as a daily shared-group format. That means participants may join together by day, and it is not a fixed single group from start to finish.
    
    We'd also like to clarify an important point: cohesive multi-day fixed group composition is not an industry standard for land-based or modular itineraries. Many reputable operators deliver multi-day experiences by combining daily departures, which is operationally necessary and fundamentally different from fixed-cohort expeditions or cruises.
    
    Our tour follows this widely accepted model. It is not advertised as one socially fixed group traveling together for the entire duration. Our priority is to provide a high-quality, authentic experience while supporting the local communities we work with. We believe this format can still offer great value, and many travelers appreciate the flexibility and local interaction it allows.
    
    That said, we understand this structure may not suit every traveler—especially those who are looking for a socially continuous group experience for the full trip.

  I understand the additional charges are for Domestic flight is this fixed or will this change ?, what luggage weight we can carry on the flights ? we each will have 20 +7 kg hand bag .Since the arrival and departure airports are different , we have no option but to keep the baggage with us.     The domestic airfare has been fixed. We had to lock the price because we must include government taxes and service fees. Baggage allowance: checked baggage 23 kg and hand (carry-on) baggage 10 kg per person. However, you can book domestic tickets on your own. At that time, I will advise the suitable timing for each flight. Meals included in this tour package: 6 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 1 dinner are included. All other meals which are not mentioned are on your own. Except for the domestic flight ticket fare, all entrance fees, airport transfers, and an English-speaking guide are included in the package — there are no hidden fees you will have to pay.

    This tour does not include the famous Train Street or the coconut-jungle basket-boat activity.
    
    1. Train Street: You can easily visit on your own. It's within walking distance and located in the Old Town area near the hotel. It's famous for cafés right next to the tracks where visitors enjoy coffee while watching trains pass. Many of our guests go there independently.
    
    2. Coconut-jungle (basket boat) activity: I can change the itinerary to include the coconut-jungle basket-boat experience. Adding this will increase the price by a USD 20 per person surcharge compared with the current Marble Mountain + Hoi An tour.

Regarding domestic flight fee: No internal flights are included in the tour price. These airfare fees are distinct from the main tour cost because internal airfare prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including travel dates, flight availability, and fuel taxes. By treating it as a local payment, we aim to keep tour costs lower and offer greater flexibility during the booking process, ensuring that travelers enjoy a smooth and stress-free experience throughout their trip. There are 2 domestic flight tickets inclusive in this package for per person: Ho Chi Minh - Da Nang and Da Nang - Hanoi. The price will be 240 USD per person, FYI. However, you can book the ticket on your own if you like.

    We are a travel agent and do not sell travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price, so you will need to arrange that with your preferred insurance company.
    
    In the event that you need to cancel your trip to Vietnam, we will adhere to our cancellation policy:

    In the case we can not arrive on the first day of the tour. Is it possible to join on the second day (it doesn't matter if we miss the activities on the first day) we could arrive straight to the hotel booked for us and continue with the schedule for next day.

    Yes that's fine because on the first day, it will be only airport pickup transfer. Our tour will start in Day 2 so you can still join our tour with other travellers. No worries at all.
