For your Vietnam eVisa, I would like to clarify a few important points: • Your partner holds an Iranian passport, so the application may be subject to additional screening and stricter review. Applications from certain nationalities can experience delays, requests for additional information, or may not receive approval. • Unfortunately, if you apply for the eVisa directly and your application is subject to this additional review, we cannot intervene or expedite the processing from our side. In that situation, the only option is to wait until the Vietnamese immigration authorities issue the result. • From my experience, 90% your partner's eVisa will not be approved • If your partner holds a valid visa from a developed country such as the UK or the US, they may be eligible to apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA). However, the cost would be quite high, at around USD 400

When connecting flights from overseas, will a guide pick up from the airport or hotel early in the morning or late at night, or drop to a hotel, say at 11PM or even later? Likewise, do the hotels allow check-in up to midnight or later?

Whether you arrive at midnight or early in the morning, we will arrange a driver to pick you up at the airport. The driver will hold a sign with your name, so it will be easy for you to find him after collecting your luggage. For airport pick-up and drop-off services, only the driver will be provided; there will be no tour guide accompanying you. Regarding the hotel, yes, late-night check-in is absolutely fine. We will inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance so they can arrange for someone to be available for your check-in. Therefore, even if you arrive at 11 PM or later, you can still check in normally. However, please note that the standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM. For example, if your tour starts on 2 November but you arrive in Vietnam at 2:00 AM on 2 November, you would need to book an additional night at the hotel so that you can check in immediately upon arrival, as the included hotel night would normally only start from the standard check-in time on 2 November.

I'm interested in this tour, but I have one question regarding the accommodation. I'm a solo traveler, and I was wondering if sharing a room is mandatory. I would prefer to have my own private room due to some bad experiences I've had in the past.

We prioritize our guests' comfort, as we understand that not everyone feels comfortable sharing a room with a stranger, especially after having had bad experiences in the past. So, no worries—you will have your own private room throughout the tour.

Our tour is always available as it is a daily tour, so you will travel with different travellers who join on the same dates. The group is usually around 12 people, with an average age of approximately 50 years old. The package includes 3-star accommodation (hotels/cruise). All hotels are centrally located, making it very convenient for your personal activities such as shopping or dining. If you prefer, we can also arrange an upgrade to 4-star or 5-star accommodation. Absolutely! There is free time between activities for you to take a break. If you read through the itinerary carefully, you'll see that the activities are not too strenuous. Most of the transportation is by air-conditioned car/bus, and the activities themselves are generally quite light and manageable. For longer journeys, the driver will also make stops along the way so you can use the restroom or get some snacks at your own expense. So please don't worry—you'll have opportunities to rest throughout the trip.

I would like to know the first dates available and if it's confirmed that the rooms are single/private. Additionally, I seen there's an activity in kayak, I would like to know if it's a hard activity (I have a partial disability on my left arm).

Even if you are a solo traveler, you will have your own private room for all 9 nights, including both the hotels and the overnight cruise. We want to make sure you have your own comfortable and private space throughout the trip. Regarding kayaking: You are correct that kayaking is included in the itinerary. However, it is completely optional, especially if you have any health concerns or simply do not feel comfortable doing it. Instead, you can stay on board and enjoy the breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay, relax, or take part in other activities available on the cruise.

What does it mean when it says Independent travel, partly guided excursions? Am I responsible to get myself to various cities and from there a guide will explain as we tour?

Not at all! You won't be responsible for getting yourself from one city to another. Let me clarify how the "Independent travel, partly guided excursions" part works. The tour is described as partly guided because you will not have the same guide accompanying you throughout the entire trip. However, all transportation between destinations is arranged for you. On tour/excursion days: You will have both a local English-speaking guide and a driver with you. The guide will accompany you throughout the activities and explain the attractions along the way. On days without guided activities: These are mainly your airport transfer/travel days. Our driver will pick you up and take you to the airport, so you won't need to arrange transportation yourself. Arrival in Vietnam: Our driver will pick you up when you first arrive in Vietnam. Departure from Vietnam: Our driver will also take you to the airport for your international flight home. So, please don't worry — you won't need to navigate between cities on your own or find your own way to meet the guides. The transportation and guided excursions are all arranged as part of the tour.

How many kilometers are walked each day?

Generally, you will walk around 3 km or less per day, while most transfers between the different attractions are by bus/limousine. For the Ninh Binh program, there is a little more walking around Hoa Lu Ancient Town. However, I can absolutely adjust the itinerary and replace this with a visit to Bai Dinh Pagoda by electric car, which would be much more comfortable. There is also a hike at Mua Cave. If you are unable to do the hike, that's completely fine — you can relax, take photos, and explore the area at the foot of Mua Cave while the rest of the group goes up. There are several nice spots to enjoy there. Although arranging the electric car costs a little extra, if you book early this week, I'd be happy to offer this adjustment free of charge.

Unlike some other countries, overnight trains are not a practical alternative for connecting all the destinations on this route within the same timeframe in our country - Vietnam. In particular, there is no direct overnight train option between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, or between Da Nang and Hanoi, that would serve as a comparable alternative for this itinerary. 2. Regarding the busy schedule: We understand that everyone has a different travel pace.   For your Vietnam eVisa, I would like to clarify a few important points:
  
  • Your partner holds an Iranian passport, so the application may be subject to additional screening and stricter review. Applications from certain nationalities can experience delays, requests for additional information, or may not receive approval.
  • Unfortunately, if you apply for the eVisa directly and your application is subject to this additional review, we cannot intervene or expedite the processing from our side. In that situation, the only option is to wait until the Vietnamese immigration authorities issue the result.
  • From my experience, 90% your partner's eVisa will not be approved
  • If your partner holds a valid visa from a developed country such as the UK or the US, they may be eligible to apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA). However, the cost would be quite high, at around USD 400

When connecting flights from overseas, will a guide pick up from the airport or hotel early in the morning or late at night, or drop to a hotel, say at 11PM or even later? Likewise, do the hotels allow check-in up to midnight or later?

  Whether you arrive at midnight or early in the morning, we will arrange a driver to pick you up at the airport. The driver will hold a sign with your name, so it will be easy for you to find him after collecting your luggage. For airport pick-up and drop-off services, only the driver will be provided; there will be no tour guide accompanying you. Regarding the hotel, yes, late-night check-in is absolutely fine. We will inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance so they can arrange for someone to be available for your check-in. Therefore, even if you arrive at 11 PM or later, you can still check in normally. However, please note that the standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM. For example, if your tour starts on 2 November but you arrive in Vietnam at 2:00 AM on 2 November, you would need to book an additional night at the hotel so that you can check in immediately upon arrival, as the included hotel night would normally only start from the standard check-in time on 2 November.

  The package includes 3-star accommodation (hotels/cruise). All hotels are centrally located, making it very convenient for your personal activities such as shopping or dining. If you prefer, we can also arrange an upgrade to 4-star or 5-star accommodation.
  
  Absolutely! There is free time between activities for you to take a break. If you read through the itinerary carefully, you'll see that the activities are not too strenuous. Most of the transportation is by air-conditioned car/bus, and the activities themselves are generally quite light and manageable. For longer journeys, the driver will also make stops along the way so you can use the restroom or get some snacks at your own expense. So please don't worry—you'll have opportunities to rest throughout the trip.

  The tour is described as partly guided because you will not have the same guide accompanying you throughout the entire trip. However, all transportation between destinations is arranged for you.
  
  On tour/excursion days: You will have both a local English-speaking guide and a driver with you. The guide will accompany you throughout the activities and explain the attractions along the way.
  
  On days without guided activities: These are mainly your airport transfer/travel days. Our driver will pick you up and take you to the airport, so you won't need to arrange transportation yourself.
  
  Arrival in Vietnam: Our driver will pick you up when you first arrive in Vietnam.
  
  Departure from Vietnam: Our driver will also take you to the airport for your international flight home.
  
  So, please don't worry — you won't need to navigate between cities on your own or find your own way to meet the guides. The transportation and guided excursions are all arranged as part of the tour.

  However, if you are booking as a group of 3, that's even better! We can arrange a triple room for the three of you, which helps save on the accommodation cost and can also make the trip more fun sharing a room together.

How many kilometers are walked each day?

  Generally, you will walk around 3 km or less per day, while most transfers between the different attractions are by bus/limousine.
  
  For the Ninh Binh program, there is a little more walking around Hoa Lu Ancient Town. However, I can absolutely adjust the itinerary and replace this with a visit to Bai Dinh Pagoda by electric car, which would be much more comfortable.
  
  There is also a hike at Mua Cave. If you are unable to do the hike, that's completely fine — you can relax, take photos, and explore the area at the foot of Mua Cave while the rest of the group goes up. There are several nice spots to enjoy there.
  
  Although arranging the electric car costs a little extra, if you book early this week, I'd be happy to offer this adjustment free of charge.
