  UpTravel Vietnam was an amazing company to work with. The agent I dealt with, Hannah, was polite, responsive, and helpful. When we asked to make last minute changes, she made them happen for us. We upgraded our trip to the four star hotels, and they were all nice, with air conditioning and in great locations. We could walk everywhere in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (once we got over our fear of crossing the streets) and the hotel in Da Nang was right by the beach. Most hotels had pools and spas as well. After we booked the tour we decided to add on Cambodia to our trip, and Hannah made it all happen smoothly. The tour guides she arranged were all great and spoke English fairly well. I highly recommend this company for travel in Vietnam and Cambodia.Show more

  I found this to be very well organized, great with daily communication of pick up, car description, tour information and flight details. Also added ideas of restaurants in the area I was staying. Hannah was amazing at keeping in touch with me daily and answering any questions with immediate response. The tours themselves I would rate a bit lower at a 3. This is in regards to the food. These tours included buffet style meals. The food that should have been hot was served like warm and food that should have been served cold was also lukewarm warm. Not Tour Radars fault. Some activists also seemed to overlap. I came a long ways and to do the same thing twice I wasn’t too happy about.Show more
