  We had fantastic time on our tour of Vietnam from south to north. The whole thing was organized so well with us joining small group tours that had great guides. We had upgraded to 4* hotels but found a couple of those were a bit tired looking but overall good. The itinerary was well planned including some solo time which allowed us to plan other activities. A special shout-out to Hannah at Up Travel who was amazing and deserves all the five star reviews she received! She was in constant contact with us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and to advise details of the following day’s tour. The tour was also amazing value for money.Show more

  I had an amazing experience with this operator during my trip to Vietnam and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a visit!! 🇻🇳 One thing I really appreciated was the daily updates about my itinerary. Everything was clearly communicated, which made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Hannah 🙌, she was absolutely incredible throughout the journey. Super helpful, responsive, and genuinely made the experience even better. The itinerary itself was beautifully curated, with a perfect mix of historical sites and more modern, trendy spots 👍 I also loved the balance between solo time and guided group tours, it gave me the freedom to explore on my own while still benefiting from organized experiences and local insights ✨ In terms of accommodation, most places were great, though a couple of hotels had minor issues like clogged shower drains :( Buuuuut overall, this tour felt like a perfect introduction to Vietnam. Even after 10 days, it’s clear there’s still so much more to see and explore beyond what was included. Now I feel much more confidentabout coming back and traveling the country on my own next time.
