Itinerary
- Day 1
Leticia
You'll arrive at Leticia airport where your local guide meets you. From there, head to Flor de Loto Natural Reserve for the day where birdwatching, canoeing, and kayaking are on the agenda. The reserve offers chances to try artisanal fishing or swim in the lake or Amazon River depending on what appeals to you. Later in the evening, take a night outing to experience the area after dark. After that, settle into your cabin for your first night in the jungle.

- Day 2
Puerto Nariño
Following breakfast, you'll travel by boat to Puerto Nariño. Walk through town and try lunch at a local spot. The afternoon involves touring surrounding communities and checking out the lookout tower and craft shops around the area. You'll also see monuments that matter to the town's history. In the evening, a family from the Tikuna indigenous community invites you to their maloca for dinner, which gives you a real sense of how local life works. Before heading back to your hotel, take a nocturnal walk through the area.

San Antonio (Cacao Island) to Leticia
After breakfast, take a boat to San Antonio, the Peruvian community also called Cacao Island. Walk the ecological trail the community built for observing primates, birds, and sloths in their natural habitat. You'll have a traditional lunch there before heading back to Puerto Nariño and then returning to Leticia, wrapping up your Amazon experience.
