  All transfer services, ferry arrangements and excursions were very well organized, reliable and professionally handled. Very happy with that. We absolutely loved the Mykonian Kyma hotel in Mykonos which was part of our package. Aegean View in Kamari, Santorini did have a great view and location, but the hotel, especially after Kyma, was just OK. It has great potential, but definitely not 5 star and breakfast was downright awful. Brown Hotel in Athens was just OK. Great breakfast and room was clean and bathroom quite nice, but the room wasn’t tiny and dark. Location in Omonia was not dangerous at all and close walk to Monisteraki Square, but definitely seedy and LOUD. The agents were very responsive to questions before we left. I think the trip should be extended by a couple of days since so much time is lost traveling between locations. I also would consider ending in Santorini and flying home from there since an entire day was lost just traveling to Athens for flight the next day, and arrived in Athens too late to really do anything. Overall, we would recommend this trip with some tweaks, but we definitely were pleased with the services provided by the agencies and would recommend them.Show more

  The entire package was excellent. The hotel was very nice and a short walk to town. We opted for 2 cooking classes with Anna which were fun and informative. Our excursions to the wineries and various towns gave us time to get a taste of the region. Our trip to Pisa was worth it; we booked a separate Viator of the area which made it nicer than just seeing the Leaning Tower. We had the same driver for the 3 excursions and he made our trip a lot of fun. The package included transportation to and from the airport, which made everything stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.Show more

  I did post this review of the tour on Open Up Swiss's review page as well (since it is technically the tour group we were a part of), despite working with Omega Tours company. This tour was absolutely phenomenal! My grandma and I loved the whole experience! The tour company was amazing and so easy to work with, and our tour guide, Vitalii, was the perfect tour guide! Vitalii knows the history, the country, and the local areas like the back of his hand, not to mention can relate to everyone and make it so enjoyable for all ages and backgrounds. Vitalii also has the patience of a saint between working with all female travelers (and their shopping habits) and those of us who take thirty pictures of just one area. The tour was perfect for those who like a comfortable trip of both walking around town squares and walking in nature. The hotels were impeccable, and the people were very welcoming, making for a great first impression. The food was amazing everywhere we went. For my first time traveling abroad, it was perfect. Our tour group had six travelers, which made it a comfortable environment and a lot easier to travel from place to place. We travelled the last week of November (over Thanksgiving for other Americans), the weather was a nice mix of rain, snow, and sunshine depending on the areas of the country, with temperatures being a little chilly but otherwise perfect. We chose our travel time frame because it wasn't in Switzerland's main tourist seasons, so tourist attractions weren't as crowded as they are at other times of the year. If you are looking for an amazing tour company, tour guide, tour, and country to visit...this is the right one for you!Show more
