I paid $539 to get my own room. However, there are two nights I have to share room with others. Would you please let me know how many people we will share at which two days? Also, how many people will share a bathroom?

The two shared nights are basic accommodations, with shared rooms and shared bathroom facilities. The exact number of people sharing will depend on the accommodation and group size. We'll reach out to the local office for more information, and get back to you once they've replied.

I didnt see anything about luggage. We would take a suitcase and backpack. What are the limitations (size and weight) allowed? When we are in route between hotels, how is our luggage kept safe?

We recommend using a backpack for your convenience, or a medium-sized suitcase if you prefer. A daypack is also essential for carrying everyday items. Space is limited on transportation, so there is a limit of one main piece of luggage per person (20kg). You will be responsible for carrying your own luggage. Luggage will be stored in the van during transits between hotels

Can you arrange single room for one person and how much does it cost?

A Single supplement is available on this trip (currently only 3 available) at an additional charge of USD 499. Please note there are exceptions for Nights 6 & 7 where you will not have your own room.

Would love to book onto this tour but the dates from 6th October are booked. Can you let me know if there's any chance two more spaces could become available or if there is a waitlist?

The 6th October is fully booked and all travellers have paid their deposit. You have the option of the 20th October instead, please note spaces are almost booked up on this date as well.

Do you pair a male passenger to share? Is the flight from La Paz included?

If you're a solo passenger, you'll be paired with the same gender. And yes, the internal flight is included in the cost of the tour.

How does the wait list work? Does it require a deposit? Do I have to wait till the day of departure as I will need time to book my air flight as well. Please let me know all the details

There is no charge to be added to the waitlist. If a space was to become available we would then advise you and you can choose if you wish to proceed with the booking. However there is no guarantee that a space will become available as it would require someone to cancel.

We are wondering for this tour, if it is possible for us to stay at Atacama Desert for a few more days instead of travel to Santiago after only 2 days int he desert. We understand we need to pay for the hotels for additional days. We just want to know if it is possible to make this change to the pre-planned schedule.

We are not able to modify the tour itineraries so it will not be possible to add extra days at the Atacama Desert. If you would like you are able to make your own arrangements and leave the tour early so you can have extra time in San Pedro de Atacama. However we do not recommend this as we are not able modify the tour price and would not be able to refund for any missed services if you do decide to leave early.
