Dear David, Thank you for your review. Our tour format combines guided visits with structured free time in each destination. This allows travelers to explore at their own pace after orientation and key explanations are provided. The program is not designed as a fully escorted walking tour at every stop, but rather as a circuit that includes transportation, accommodation, panoramic visits, and guided highlights as specified in the itinerary. If at any point expectations differed from the program description, we regret that perception and appreciate your comments, which help us clarify the nature of our tours for future travelers. Kind regards. Europamundo team

Dear Ian, Thank you for your detailed comments. Our tours are multilingual when specified, and service is provided in the languages indicated for each departure. In bilingual groups, explanations are delivered in both languages; however, the depth and delivery style may vary naturally between guides. That said, all essential information regarding visits, logistics and coordination must be provided equally to all passengers. We regret if at any point you felt that the English commentary did not meet your expectations. We will forward your observations to our local management team for evaluation and reinforcement where necessary. Regarding guide presence during certain stages, some parts of the program include local guides for specific visits while free time is also scheduled intentionally so travelers can explore independently. We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to share it. Kind regards. Europamundo team

Thank you for your detailed feedback on your Mexico tour with Europamundo. We’re glad you enjoyed the rich itinerary, comfortable hotels, and knowledgeable guides. However, we sincerely apologize for the concerns you raised regarding coach safety, communication issues, and the missing pyramids visit, as well as the gap in English commentary and some itinerary choices.
