Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to read that the tour did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the trip you are referring to took place in 2019. While we understand how frustrating the situations you describe must have felt, we were not informed of these concerns during the tour or immediately after its completion. Had we been notified at the time, we would have escalated the matter directly with the operator to seek an on-the-spot solution — particularly regarding the language of the tour, dietary requirements, and transportation conditions. Issues such as vegetarian meal requests, language discrepancies, or coach logistics are matters that can often be addressed during the trip when reported promptly, allowing the local team to intervene where possible. That said, we regret that your overall experience was disappointing and that it left such a negative impression. Guest feedback — even when shared later — is valuable, as it helps operators review procedures and improve future services. If you would still like us to formally raise this with the tour operator for review, please feel free to contact us directly with your booking details. Kind regards. Europamundo team

Hi Lilian Oh, receive a warm greeting from us, we are very aware that your comments help us improve day by day. Your case was treated in a special way and we gave you a solution for what happened in the destination, and as it was indicated from the reservation all the points mentioned are being taken into consideration so that future reservations do not happen anymore. Please take into consideration that your case was always taken into account, as well as that of the other passengers, but many solutions carry a deep study process, and all parties must be analyzed. Thank you very much for your comments and we are at your service. Best regards .... Gabriela from Europamundo
