The hotel, was wonderful! The hotel personnel were all very professional and helpful. Housekeeping and hotel areas, and the breakfast and was excellent! The tours were wonderful, however very long days, for 3 days in a row and because the breakfast was only available at 7 am, we were required to take a small bagged lunch, which was not very substantial. There were several miscommunications and confusion with the transfers from airport and to and from but in the end were figured out. Our contact was very responsive and helpful so all in all was good 4/5.Show more

Great experience! Great communication and responses from company when I needed it. They answered all my questions and responded within the same day, usually within the hour. My hotel was perfect and in a great location and close to everything I needed in central London. Everything was within walking distance and right across the street from the tube, so I could use that to get to all tour meeting locations. Unfortunately the tour to Oxford, Stafford, and Warwick Castle was canceled due to low attendance, so I was put on another tour. It was still great, but kind of disappointing since those locations were the reason I booked that specific trip. But overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend! Made the whole trip super easy!Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
