Johannesburg to Greater Kruger Area
Head out early from Johannesburg on a long drive toward the Greater Kruger Area. You'll stop for an included lunch along the way to break things up and stretch your legs. By late afternoon, you're at the lodge to freshen up before dinner with the group.

Greater Kruger Area
Get up early for an included bush walk around the lodge to see the nature up close. After the walk, you'll have a picnic lunch and then rest at the lodge during the afternoon. Later on, head out on a safari drive through Kruger National Park to look for wildlife, then return for a traditional Braai dinner.

Kruger National Park Area
This morning you start early to enter Kruger National Park for a full-day safari drive hunting for the Big Five. After spending the day in the park, you arrive back at the lodge in the late afternoon and have dinner with local fare and your group.

Kruger National Park Area
Spend another full day in Kruger on an intimate 4x4 wildlife safari drive, which gives you a different perspective on the scenery and animals. The day finishes with dinner and local dancing back with your fellow travelers.

Kruger National Park Area
Today is free for you to choose what interests you. You can arrange a morning or afternoon safari drive in Kruger National Park, or spend the full day on the Panorama Route where you'll get great views at every turn while driving through mountain passes and the Great Escarpment.

Kruger to Johannesburg
After breakfast at the lodge, visit The Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Eden in the Umhloti Nature Reserve to learn about conservation work and see rescued chimpanzees. Then drive back to Johannesburg, arriving early in the evening for a group dinner at your hotel.

Leave Johannesburg in the morning and fly to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). You'll transfer to your hotel and have a free afternoon to explore the town on your own. There's an optional group dinner available if you'd like to join everyone in the evening.

Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) - Day Trip to Addo National Park
Experience Addo Elephant National Park with a morning safari drive led by guides looking for rhinos, lions, buffalo, leopards, and elephants. You'll have a picnic breakfast in the bush and finish the drive in the afternoon. After that, free time for lunch before heading back to Gqeberha for your own evening.

Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) to Tsitsikamma
After breakfast, leave for Tsitsikamma National Park on the Garden Route along South Africa's south coast. Do a CEO-led hike on the Storms River Mouth Trail with scenic boardwalks through forest. In the afternoon, walk the Big Tree Trail to see an eight-hundred-year-old Yellowwood tree, then the rest of your evening is free.

Tsitsikamma to Knysna
In the morning, check out the Robberg Nature Reserve with nice coastal scenery and some solid hiking. Walk the Gap Circuit to see evidence of Gondwanaland's breakup from 120 million years ago. Then travel to Knysna for a CEO-led tour covering the waterfront, town centre, shops on Thesen Island, and the Knysna Forest before free time in town.

After breakfast, visit The Knysna Heads that form the Knysna River Estuary. Knysna to Franschhoek
Rise early for a long scenic drive from Knysna to Franschhoek. Stop in Mossel Bay to see the lighthouse and explore, then drive through Tradouw Pass and the quieter Gatplaats Nature Reserve for a short walk with hill views. Continue to Barrydale for an included outdoor lunch with wine tasting, arriving in Franschhoek by evening for your own dinner.

The wineries in the area are worth checking out too if that appeals to you. You'll handle dinner on your own this evening.
