  what happens if i wish to share a room to avoid the single room rate but if there isnt another single guest of the same sex on the tour, would i then be charged the higher rate? and could i specify that they must be a nonsmoker as i cant stand smoking especially if it was in the room ?

However this is not something to be relied on so if you prefer to guarantee a single supplement we recommend that you pay for it in advance to avoid disappointment.

  will i need the e-visa for vietnam in advance or is this arranged at the boarder? i am on a new zealand passport so dont need visa for china part of the tour.
