Naples to Agerola
You'll arrive at Naples International Airport and get transferred to the campus in Agerola. After settling in, there's a tailor-made cooking class in the evening where you'll learn how to prepare traditional Neapolitan dishes using local ingredients like Fior di Latte di Agerola and Pomodorini del Vesuvio. By the end of the class, you'll have prepared your own meal and sit down to eat what you've made.

- Day 2
Agerola
Following breakfast, you'll head out on a guided hike along the Path of the Gods with a local guide. The trail takes you through charming villages like Bomerano and Nocelle with views of the Mediterranean coastline and passes through the region's varied plant and animal life. The hike is moderately challenging and runs about 3-4 hours, finishing at a typical agriturismo where you'll try fresh local produce. Lunch happens there before you head back to the hotel.

- Day 3
Agerola to Naples
You'll leave Agerola and stop in Pompeii for a guided tour of the well-preserved Roman city ruins. The guide walks you through the Forum, villas, temples, and the famous amphitheatre while explaining what life was like in ancient Rome, pointing out detailed mosaics and frescoes. After touring, lunch happens at a winery next to Mount Vesuvius, then you continue to Naples and check in to your hotel.

Along the route, you'll try authentic Neapolitan street food like pizza, sfogliatella pastries, and arancini.
