The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and gave us a great overview of the country’s highlights in a relatively short amount of time. From the energy of Hanoi to the history and vibrancy of Ho Chi Minh City, every stop offered something memorable. A special thank you to Hannah, who was extremely thorough, informative, and attentive throughout the trip. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were always well taken care of. Her knowledge, organization, and warm personality really elevated the experience and allowed us to relax and enjoy each moment. If you’re looking for a well-organized way to experience the best of Vietnam in a short timeframe, I would absolutely recommend this tour. It was a fantastic introduction to a beautiful country.Show more

Overall it was a very good 7 days tour, we wanted to visit as much as possible in Vietnam in a short period of time and the goal was well achieved. We have chosen 4 stars hotels , maybe we should went for the five stars, there some accomodation inconveniences , especially in Hanoi. Communication wad good with the organiser on WhatsApp, they are responsive. They are a sort of a service broker, the tours are provided by local touristic companies and local guides. Sometimes they agglomerate the initial planning and you may find yourself in the position of not having enough time to check in a hotel for e.g. they explain and apologise a bit too much without focusing on our specific requests. If it would possible to change something, I would skip the 1 day trip to Ba Na hills, it's more suited for kids or if you like playing games . There are other interesting incredible pagodas or other historical sites , but this is, of course, a matter of taste or personal preference. Also the quality of the local guides is very variable from a region to another.Show more

My Dad and I had a wonderful time on this tour. From the start they make you feel welcomed and safe. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at 1 am, but had no problem contacting them. The drivers were always on time and ready. If you are worried about navigating around, don’t worry. They have great communication skills. We really enjoyed the marble mountains and golden bridge. These days had very impressive tourist attractions. The only thing I could say is that the Mekong delta and tunnels tour is a really long day and there is a ton of driving. This day was Soso for us. The hotels and food were good. Overall a great experience. I give 5 starsShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Up Travel Vietnam. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
