  The trip was absolutely excellent and exceptionally well organized from start to finish. The hotels and food were consistently very good everywhere we stayed. All bus changes, schedules and daily activities were clearly explained and ran smoothly, making the entire experience stress-free. Our tour guides, Ajit and Fabrizio, were outstanding-extremely knowledgeable, engaging and always informative. The local city guides were also excellent. Everything was perfectly explained and full of interesting details. It was a fantastic trip and one I would highly recommend to anyone! 😊Show more

  Our guide was great. Very knowledgeable. I just wish that they would not have crammed 9 of us into a passenger van. The middle front seat is a terrible place to sit for 2 hours (1 hour there and 1 back). Also wish there would have been more time for hiking. I would have liked to have gone to the cross for an extra look out. All that being said. It was a beautiful location and I’m glad I did it.Show more

  We love to travel ,and we love to travel with groups too, because we find this very convenient. You find everything ready and you hear all about history etc etc.In this case the tour was so full, no one gives you a full day tour on your last day, its always breakfast and you end there. The hotels were extremely good, when we travel on our own we dont book such hotels, we always go for cheaper. The breakfast was always very good too. The itenary is full and all tour guides were so nice and helpfull.The only thing I would like to suggest is that,there was to much time in Puerto Banus with nothing to do and too little time in the next stop in Ronda. But other than that everything was so great, and thank you for the little surprise you gave my partner Joe Chircop on his birthday 🎂 🥳 😀 😀Show more

  Europamundo sets out a very good tour itinerary and is very organized along the tour route. Along the way there are bus changes and guide changes but everything was communicated clearly. The days start early and end late and site seeing requires walking so this tour requires some stamina. I suggest using your time on the bus for siestas and relaxation so you have the energy to enjoy each location. I didn’t love every stop on the tour but there is something for everyone along the journey. It’s a large bus, so obviously some locations are not accessible. The hotels were all comfortable and located in places with restaurants or supermarkets nearby. I follow a vegetarian & gluten-free diet and was able to eat a proper breakfast at each hotel. This tour covers a large area of Spain, so expect a few hours on the bus each day to travel between locations. I used this time to enjoy the landscape, rest, read, or watch a bit of Netflix. Having a SIM card with data for Spain on the phone was helpful for finding restaurants, shops or exploring freely without getting lost.Show more

  I give this tour 3.7 out of 5, so I rounded up to 4 stars. You get to visit so many places and get a taste of each. Don’t expect an in depth tour of each location, this is meant to expose you only to the highlights. The tour guides are excellent. They are the major reason I gave 4 stars. Pedro, Esther and Olga go out of their way to help you with any issues and they are very knowledgeable and passionate about their field. The hotels were good. The one in Zaragoza was a bit dated, I believe it’s called Eurostars Boston but it’s clean and comfortable. Room service was very cheap so we often decided to do that rather than go out for dinner, especially when we got to the hotel late. It is true that Europamundo’s circuit tour structure is a bit odd and can be hectic. We started out with about 6 people from Madrid to Oviedo, and then more people would join our group as we traveled around the country. When we were in the south of Spain and our group consisted of over 55 people, it could be hectic upon check-in and departure of the hotel. The tour guide would check-in and hand us our room key in the lobby. The issues, I would say, were mostly caused by other travelers on the tour. I believe this might be cultural, but people in Spain and people on the tour (who were mostly Latin American) appear to struggle with the concept of forming a line/queue. They just crowd around and will brazenly cut in front of you. The mask mandate was still in effect when we traveled and, of course, there were many who failed to abide by it. The tour guides would remind them to wear their mask but, of course, some acted like children and would take it off as soon as the tour guide left. But flouting the rules is a problem everywhere. This is not a premium tour so don’t expect premium perks like 5 star hotels, reserved seats on the coach buses, front row seats at attractions, etc. Some of the travelers on the tour seemed to expect this and forced themselves into front row seats at the flamenco show, even though those weren’t reserved for us. The major flaw on the tour and one for which I do blame Europamundo is what I call their double-decker “bus from hell” which we rode on from Granada to Sevilla and to Madrid. This is the reason I deducted one star. The ventilation on this bus was terrible. It kept circulating warm air which made the interior with over 55 people suffocating. We complained to Olga about this and she spoke to the driver right away but it turns out the AC was down. A traveler on the tour, a very pleasant gentleman and unsung hero, took it upon himself to prop open the vents on the ceiling to allow fresh air to circulate. Other problems with this bus include, there were over 55 people on two levels so it took forever for the group to get off and the driver had to climb into the luggage compartment to load/unload it so that took forever too. In all it was a good experience, except for the last leg on the double decker bus. I’m glad that consisted of only 3 days. But, again, I’d like to commend the tour guides who are excellent!Show more
