The itinerary looked great but Unfortunately many of the places listed were just drive through on the bus or a photo...
The itinerary looked great but Unfortunately many of the places listed were just drive through on the bus or a photo stop (50% conservatively of the tour is on the bus) Other parts like visiting a Palace etc. is just looking at it and take photos with a guide telling you about it. You don’t actually go inside. Also was taken to larger stores which obviously someone gets kickbacks while there a small stores all around us….would rather shop with them. Only one hotel had ‘real’ Moroccon food which was amazing and is where we stayed for the Sahara. Took the optional extra to go into the dunes and extra again for the camel ride…..this was the highlight of the tour, a wonderful experience (note optional extras to pay). So many little things could’ve made this tour spectacular, what a shame as it’s a unique country to see. We booked this tour a week before it started and found the booking procedure frustrating and actually told the night before there wasn’t a spot for us! It’s not easy for two women to travel alone in Morocco so with many emails we actually got accepted, this we were relieved! Overall Morocco has a way to go in Tourism.Show more

As we are aware that our passengers travel to have a mind-blowing experience, we allow passengers to stop and enjoy the ambiance of each city we visit. For every city, there is a panoramic tour with either a local guide or a Europamundo guide, that has all the necessary knowledge about the city, and the enthusiasm and the personality to make the tour fun. After the city tour is completed which is normally around 1 in the afternoon, passengers have the entire day free to do as they please and do things that are within their own interest. As much as we understand your concerns about the restaurants not having authentic Moroccan food except for one, we would like to inform you that we cannot be responsible for the meals that are provided. However, as we value our dear passengers, we will be sure to speak with the corresponding departments about this to see what measures we can implement to make your next tour with us a better experience as well as for future passengers. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
