Good (very quick) overall introduction of the Country, However not enough time in each individual city that the tour stopped in. We felt very rushed and not able to participate in some of that specific cities famous attributes. We signed up for the English speaking tour, however more time was spent speaking to Spanish speaking guest than English speaking guests. Not a big issue when on the bus anyhow, however on site this contributed to even less free time in cities, due to having to wait for the longer Spanish presentation, prior to the English presentation as well. When speaking English, a couple of the tour guides spoke so fast and in such an accent that it was very difficult to understand and many comments were made to "slow down". However most guides were excellent, very helpful and much easier to understand. In our first city, the tour cancelled our pre-paid extra outing and no one told us. It wasn't till we asked our guide late in the day, what time and where we were suppose to meet for the outing, that they told us that "oh, that's been cancelled". Which led us to call the company to find out what was going on and receive a refund. Very poor communication here. However after this first incident, communication on the specifics of other extra outing was very good. Overall, we did have a good time and met some new friends on this trip. The cost of the Tour was very reasonable for a vast quick overview of the country. I would recommend however that this specific Tour visit less smaller quick stop cities and spend more time for guests to enjoy the larger ones. We had to miss out on a couple major city tour attractions because of time constraints. I feel that guests may be better served by booking a more customized tour, or even designing there own with some prior study. With this route, guests can dictate specific city stops, time lines and attractions visited. Sincerely, John S
