  A lot of long days on the bus but we did see a lot of Spain in a week. The bullet train was great and the hotels were pretty nice too. I think if you want to see Spain then do a longer tour length as our tour was quite rushed.Show more

  The tour was very good, however there are some improvements that can be done. 1) Communication level of tour guides - They need to clarify what are the places where it needs enterance tickets well in advance. there were Catherdrals we were not able to see due to tickets were sold out and due to lack of time 2) I was not able to go to Sagadra Famalia as by the time the tour guides announced they were all sold out 3) Lot of time is spent in bus, may some alternative can be adapted where in the travel can happen in the evening/night so that we get more time to see places 4) We didnot get enough time to explore the places. What you mentioned is information included in your reservation. In the "price includes" section, you can see all the admissions that are covered in your trip. Based on the itinerary provided and the knowledge we have shared regarding the included admissions, you can decide which ones to purchase on your own. The guides can always provide information, but please keep in mind that they follow the scheduled program, and during free time, passengers are free to visit places of their choosing. The guides may not necessarily know which attractions have sold-out tickets. The Sagrada Familia optional excursion is one of the most popular and often sells out quickly. As indicated in your reservation, under the "optional excursions" section, it is recommended to purchase this option even before the trip. You have the option to book it online. Regarding your recommendation for nighttime bus journeys, we appreciate it; however, unfortunately, no modifications can be made as everything is organized to meet a complex logistics plan, taking into account bus driving times, the day’s program, the passengers on the trip, hotel arrival times, etc. We understand that some routes may seem long, this is why in the itineraries we try to clarify the approximate distances covered each day to give a clear idea of the travel segments.   The tour guides were excellent, hotels were ok, location could have been better. The days were very long and there needed to be better organisation with getting luggage on and off the bus and seating arrangements on the bus. We were also unaware that our tour group sometimes joined up with other groups, causing issues with seating on the bus and people moving personal items in order to get a better seat. There needed to be some rules or etiquette set up from the beginning as some people were very inconsiderate.Show more

  Ana Teixido is such a kind and helpful tour guide.She exceeded our expectation. She knows how to deal with travelers, amazing girl. Nacho is kind a lost in some ways and needs to focus on his job. He needs improvement.Overall, he was able to finish his job. Lastly, Pedro our tour guide in Barcelona is very kind and patient with the different concerns of each travellers. He deserves an applause. Ana and Pedro were fantastic. I would recomment his tour . Show more

  They packed so much into a day but also gave us free time and down time so I felt free and rested at all times but not at the expense of seeing sights. Also getting the tour tickets saved us so much time because we didn’t have to wait in general admission lines. I loved our tour guides. They were very clear about times to meet and were very invested in us getting the most out of our tour. Shout out to “Majeet”!Show more
