  • B

    Barry

    Asked on January 21st, 2026

Could you please clarify whether the tour includes a visit to Ateshgah (the Fire Temple in Surakhany, Azerbaijan)? Additionally, will there be sufficient free/private time to visit the sulfur baths in Tbilisi, Georgia?

    Tour Details
    • Cascade TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

Ateshgah visit is int included in the itinerary, but it is possible to do it privately, if arriving a day before the tour. There will be sufficient free time to visit sulfur baths in Tbilisi.

    • B

      Barry

      TravelerWritten January 2026

Adding a visit to Ateshgah sounds fantastic - could you please let me know how much that would cost?

We're currently exploring our options and are considering travelling to the Caucasus region in either April–June or September–October, with a preference toward September. Do you have any suggestions on which months might be best?

    • Cascade TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

Regarding the day trip to Atestagh, the price will be EUR 150 per person.

September is a very nice season in our region. I can suggest the following departures:

      • September 4–23
      • September 18 – October 7

May is also a good season. For the May 1–20 departure, we already have interested participants, and this date is close to being confirmed. You may also consider this option.

    • B

      Barry

      TravelerWritten January 2026

if I book a September departure, would I still need to wait for the group tour to be confirmed before separately booking my international flights?

    • Cascade TravelOperatorWritten January 2026

No need to wait for anyone to book, since the minimum number of people in group is 2 to guaranteed the date. So as mentioned you are 2, we will run the tour no matter if anyone joins or not.
