Hi Anja, thanks very much for your review and feedback. We're pleased you had a great time on this trip and that we could look after you when you were sick on the route. Overall, Bolivia is a challenging destination in terms of guides, suppliers, resources, etc. because it is still a developing country, but we're reviewing our local teams this year to further improve our tour operation :) We wish you all the best for the year ahead and we hope you'll keep in touch. Best regards from Tour Radar & Unu Raymi Expeditions

Can I share a room with a female traveler?

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

Yes, the Best of Bolivia adventure is fully guided. You'll have an expert guide with you to ensure you get the most out of your adventure.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

Absolutely, we offer the option to share a room with a fellow female traveler. It's a great way to make new friends on the journey!

If I decide to share a room, how would that change the price?

    • J

      Jeff

      TravelerWritten March 2026

Tentatively, I will be arriving on April 2 at around 3 PM. Do you think I would be able to do some sightseeing right away? I'm a little apprehensive about the high altitude, as I'm not accustomed to it.

For airfare, can you recommend any airlines other than LATAM and Avianca?

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

If you choose to share a room, it's usually the same price but we'll see if we can find a solution to the price for you.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

Arriving on April 2 at around 3 PM provides you some time to relax and maybe enjoy a bit of sightseeing. However, since the high altitude can be quite a change, we suggest taking it easy that day. Staying hydrated and resting initially can help your body acclimate. Most importantly, listen to how you're feeling before embarking on activities.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

Yes, airport transfers on the first and last day are typically included in the adventure price.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

Our group sizes vary, but we aim to keep them small to ensure a more personalized and enjoyable experience.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten March 2026

For airfare, besides LATAM and Avianca, you might consider airlines like Copa Airlines or Sky Airline, which also offer flights in the region.
