  The bus was on time to pick us up most days, the earlier starts, before 6AM were as much as 40 minutes late. Traffic is not always predictable to the sites so some days may seem shorter or longer to the destinations. The guides are very knowledgeable and took us to as much sites as your itinerary has; don't expect to see everything as days are unpredictable with weather, the group you are with, things that cannot be controlled, but I assure you, every day is a great time! It's important to also note that the guides are always different, so each tour can have a different experience on any given day and it is always a great time!Show more

  It was my first time traveling to Israel and my purpose was to see the most as possible. I traveled by my own. When I was planning my trip, I found the page of IsraelTours and they offered exactly the routes I wanted to see, so I decided to join. The tours a great to get a first impression of the country. Of course, if you do the trips with the group and not by your own, you see the highlights and you can´t explore the city by your own. But my conclusion is that I left every city with the sensation to have seen the best part and that I did not leave something behind that was indispensable, a must seen, because the highlights were already seen. I highly recommend the tours. I did four trips with IsraelTours Tour of Galilea: Nazareth – Kapernaun – Tabgah – Yardenit – Sea of Galilea The time between departure in Tel Aviv and arrival in Nazareth was filled with interested histories and explanations about Israel and the passing landscape. The guide was always prepared to answer any question. In Nazareth, you explore the Anounciation Church and the Church of Saint Joseph with good explanation by the guide. At Kapernaun, you enter the old ruins and the guide explains what happened there before 2000 years. Tabgah is a quick stop at the Church of the Multiplication where it is said that Jesus multiplicated fish and bread to feed the wedding guests. In Yardenit, you visit the spot at the Jordan River where you can be baptized if you want to. If not, no problem, the landscape oft he Jordan River itself is worthy beeing there. You pass the Sea of Galilea,a remarkable landscape. The meal was at a restaurant where to eat fish. If you don´t want the whole fish, it is possible to get a filet. A very good meal with a huge salad buffet. Languages: English / French Northcoast: Caesarea – Akko – Haifa – Rosh Hanikra It is a trip for people interested in history. Ceasarea was once a huge harbour mentioned in the Bible and more important, in history books. With the guide, you enter the ruins of Caesarea and get an interesting explanation. Next stop is in Haifa, above the city at the Bahai gardens. You have a stunningviewover the city and the gardens. You just can enter on level oft he garden to see the Sanctuarium. The guide will explain its history. The next city to visit is Akko, a crusade´s city. You enter the castle and the tunnels with explanations by the guide. Last stop was Rosh Hanikra. You left behind history and enter nature. At the Lebanese border are the grotes. You get there by a cable car and walk through the grotes. The meal was at Akko. Choice between Kebab,Schnitzel (Chicken), Shawarma and Falafel. Languages: English / Spanish Jerusalem – Bethlehem Once again, the time between departure in Tel Aviv and arrival in Jerusalem was filled with interested histories and explanations about Israel and the passing landscape explained by the guide. You explore the city of Jerusalem first by the hand of the guide. You walk through the narrow streets of the old town, enter the Holy Sepulcre and the Western Wall. You have enough time to visit them. The meal was in Jerusalem. Joice between Falafel or Shawarma. In Bethlehem, you change the guides. A Christian Palestinansien woman was the guide that accompanied the group to the Church of the Nativity. Passing the border was no problem. Languages: English / German Sunrise Masada – Ein Gedi Dead Sea To get up early to climb after sunrise at Masada is totally worthy. Pick-up time at Jerusalem was at 3:30 at time. One hour drive to Masada with a little Coffee break. Entry to Masada 28 NIS (=7 Euros) was not included in the price. You pay the entry at the office at Masada. 40 minutes to climb up (700 steps up, 700 steps down, please take in mind) to see the sunrise. An event and must seen! 25 minutes to climb down to return to the bus. Next stop, Ein Gedi, an oasis with waterfalls.A few of the group did not enter. But in my opinion, you have to enter. They give you one hour that is enuogh to walk to the waterfalls and back. Beautiful landscape. Entry not included in the price (28 NIS=7 Euros). Last stop, Dead Sea. You enter a bath side. They give you one hour to enjoy bathing and floating in the Dead Sea. It was a trip without a guide. Self-guided. But that is OK, because climbing at night, walk to the waterfalls and floating in the Dead Sea was possible without any explanation. There was no meal, because th drop-off at Tel Aviv was at 13 o´clock. Every time, Pick-up was at the indicated time. Pick-up and Drop-off was directly at or nearby your hotel. Changing buses, pick-up in one city and drop-off in another or the transportation of the luggage was without any problems. Show more

  This was one of the most Important journey i've ever taking and it was worthy..visting the holy-land have been my number one goal since i was a boy , coming to isreal learning about the people and it rich histories and culture is a dream come true ..when I first arrived in tel Aviv it look like any other cities i have been to so it wasn't a big deal to me.. but once i got to jerusalam it's a new chapter.. the feeling is real so I hightly recommend this city to anyone that is willing to exercise their faith or want to know about the life of Jesus and God Jerusalem is the right place to do so..i visited most of Jerusalem holiest sites.. standing on mont olives look down on the old city of Jerusalem was a breathtaking.. i visited the dead sea ,River Jordan etc. visited the birth place of Jesus Christ Bethlehem i also saw the place where his crucifixion took place i could see the dome of the rock not far away but didn't have the chance to go in.. it's not open to everyone u have to be a Muslim..for none Muslim is limited..so I wasn't so lucky. U can visit Israel with alot doubt about Christianity, or God but once u leave this country or jerusalem u are full with knowledge and understanding.. So plan it trips well and stay safe..   I have been to Israel two times and have taken four Tourist Israel guided day trips. In all cases pick up has been on time, guides have been very courteous and knowledgeable. Day trips cover many locations and are a good way to get an overview and basic background of a particular region in Israel and are an excellent way to determine what areas interest you most in order to return for an extended period of time and more in depth experience. All of the guides I travelled with are licensed, were articulate and knowledgeable about answering specific questions and made an effort to insure everyone had a great experience. One guide in particular, Charlie. guided my son and I in a small group to the Golan Heights. Two years later Jacob and I went on a Tourist Israel tour to spend the day at the Dead Sea. Charlie happened to be there, recognized us and assured the guide we were with that he would look after us while the rest of the group went to Masada. Charlie made us feel like we were old friends.
