We do provide Triple Room for your group. There are 2 configurations: 3 Single Beds OR 1 Double bed and 1 Single Bed. After booking, you only need to tell us your favorite option. Domestic flight ticket is not included. We will book after your booking and price will be informed due to changing internal airfare.

Are the hotels included for all 5 nights? What are the costs for some meals and the flight to Da Nang? When is payment for tour due and what is the cancellation policy?

Our package includes 5 night stay with daily breakfast. For tour days, lunch is included. Domestic flight ticket from Hanoi to Da Nang is excluded from package because airfare changes. If you have diet requirements, we can arrange meals accordingly.

This was such an efficient and well organized tour! it was unbelievable how good it was. We booked the tour about 2 months in advance prior to our arrival in Vietnam and our tour operator from Up Travel named Hannah provided us support 24/7 from the start. She provided us with all the details required and organized everything we needed by providing us options from hotels to airport pick up etc She was very knowledgeable about every tour and knew if all of our movements by communicating with the tour guides. Every night a tour guide would message us on what's app and provided us with the pick up times etc in addition to Hannah. The tours themselves were pretty awesome with everything you need provided from meals to water bottles. Up Travel has a good group of tour guides on their books. Everything was so fantastic and organized with all of our requirements addressed. Hannah is your personal concierge for however long your tour is for. This is a brilliant service and it's all done remotely. They should implement their tours and services worldwide. Hannah was more than just a rep from a tour operator, she was dependable, proactive and very caring. EXCELLENT experience and they will exceed your expectations.. 11/10 rating. This was a wonderful tour! Hannah was great at communicating both leading up to my trip, as well as during my trip (even though she was celebrating the Tet holiday). I knew exactly what to expect each day and communication was great with all tour guides and drivers. The tours were a lot of fun and offered a great variety of experiences. My favorites were the Halong Bay cruise, especially at sunset, and the visit to Hoi An. I would definitely recommend this tour; it was well worth every penny!Show more

We have had upgraded to 4 star hotels ans those were also great, especially the one in Da Nang, even with a sea view, just perfect. The tours went smoothly too, I can only recommend. Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Up Travel Vietnam. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Up Travel Vietnam will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Up Travel Vietnam" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
