We were allocated a driver for 5 days who spoke no English.Had I not spoke Russian we'd have been stuck.Made bit stressful for me as had to translate everything. Uzbekistan was fantastic for architecture and lovely people.No fault of the tour but didn't like typical Uzbek food as don't eat meat.Show more

The guide (Sherali) and porter (Nooric) were great .. I’d rate them 4 and 5 respectively.. we did however have a bad experience with the Tour Radar/ Responsible Travel platform. We should have been informed immediately that the original guide had a medical episode outside our hotel and is still in hospital.. this only came out later.. but the failure to do so and the vague messaging we did receive made the arrangements look amateurish and offering no accountability.. a lot of hassle for all concerned could have been avoided by accurate and timely advice. I’d rate the platform experience at zero for this reasonShow more
