Siem Reap - Angkor Complex
Start early on a private tour of Angkor's main temples. You'll begin at the South Gate of Angkor Thom and walk through Bayon Temple, which has 54 towers and detailed carvings throughout. Next comes Preah Khan, a large monastic complex that once supported over 1000 monks. In the afternoon, move on to Ta Prohm where giant fig trees have grown through the ancient stones. By evening, head to Phnom Bakeng to watch the sunset from the hilltop temple.

Phnom Penh
Following breakfast, start your private city tour at the Royal Palace, where Cambodia's King lives. Right next door is the Silver Pagoda, which contains precious items like a golden Buddha covered with 2086 diamonds. You'll also visit Wat Phnom Temple, built back in 1373 and one of the city's most significant pagodas. The afternoon includes a somber visit to Tuol Sleng Museum, a former prison from the Khmer Rouge era. Your day ends at Russian Market, where you can browse clothing, Buddha statues, woodcarvings, silk, and jewelry.

Phnom Penh - Chau Doc
Have breakfast at the hotel, then take your time before heading to the pier for a private transfer. You'll board a modern speedboat for about 5.5 hours through the Mekong Delta. Check out after breakfast and travel about 25 kilometers to Tra Su Forest and Bird Sanctuary. You'll start with a motorboat, then switch to a sampan for a 15-minute ride through the duckweed-covered sanctuary where birds gather. Reach a lookout point for views across the forest. Lunch comes at a forest restaurant, and then it's a three-hour drive to Can Tho. By evening, walk through the Can Tho night market and sample local foods like grilled meats, tofu skewers, and Vietnamese pizza.

Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh City
Get up early to see Cai Rang, the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong area. Watch hundreds of small boats moving through the water as vendors sell fruits and vegetables. Have a local breakfast (rice noodle soup) right on the boat, then stop at another boat to taste fresh seasonal fruit. Your boat ride continues down tiny canals to a traditional rice noodle factory where you can watch how noodles are made and try creating rice noodle pizza yourself. After lunch, drive to Ho Chi Minh City.

Visit the Fujian Assembly Hall, a Chinese business club where merchants worshipped the Goddess Mazu. At a local handicraft space, you'll learn to make Hoi An's traditional lanterns and take your creation home. The tour finishes at Hoi An Market, the town's largest, where your guide explains local buying practices and bargaining. You'll have free time afterward to explore on your own.

Hanoi - City Tour
A group tour picks you up between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. You'll visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on Golden Fish Island in West Lake, Hanoi's oldest pagoda from the 6th century. Next comes the Ho Chi Minh Complex where you'll see the embalmed body and the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. The One Pillar Pagoda follows, where the Goddess of Mercy is worshipped. At Vietnam Ethnology Museum, you'll learn about the country's 54 ethnic groups (or visit the Vietnamese Women's Museum if the first is closed). Lunch at a local restaurant includes vegetarian choices. Then it's on to Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university founded in 1070. Finally, visit Hoa Lo Prison, a former French colonial jail now a war museum. You'll return to your hotel around 4:30 PM.

Following a welcome aboard, have lunch while cruising through thousands of limestone islands. Spend the afternoon with various visits and activities based on your boat's plan, or relax on deck. As evening comes, the boat anchors for the night surrounded by dramatic rock formations. Dinner happens on board.
