  Please note that we have created the inquiry for the departure date of 3rd March, so we are expecting the client to travel on that date.
  
  Regarding the tour options:
  
  • Five-day option – Arrival on Day 1, followed by three days including only the elephant experience (excluding all-day tours), and Day 5 as the departure transfer. In this case, the quotation will remain based on the original package, with €150 to be refunded.
  
  • Three-day option – Arrival on Day 1, Day 2 as the elephant experience, and Day 3 as the departure transfer. For this option, the quotation will also be based on the original package, with €280 to be refunded in total.
  
  Please let us know which option the client prefers so we can confirm the final quotation.

- For any tour departing before July 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with STM Tours LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
