Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
You'll start with lunch at Hotel Liberty Riverside, then walk through Chinatown to get a feel for how locals go about their day. From there, you'll head to Giac Lam Pagoda, which has been standing for about 300 years and holds the title of Ho Chi Minh City's oldest pagoda. After that, there's time to browse the Flower Market and Binh Tay Market on foot, where you can watch the buying and selling happen. Later in the afternoon, you'll transfer to your ship, get settled in your cabin, and have a welcome cocktail with the crew before dinner service.

Ho Chi Minh City
Breakfast starts your morning on board the ship. Then you'll take a walking tour of downtown Ho Chi Minh City to see French colonial buildings like the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Municipal Post Office, City Square, and the Opera House. During this tour, you'll also stop to experience the local coffee scene. After getting back to the ship for lunch, you'll visit the War Museum to learn about Vietnam's history. By evening, the ship sets sail toward My Tho with dinner served on board.

My Tho and Cai Be
You'll have breakfast on board before cruising the Chao Gao canal, a passage this cruise line specializes in. Upon arrival in My Tho, you'll take a local boat to Thoi Son Island where you can explore how people live there and try seasonal fruits. Next comes a sampan ride through scenic canals, then biking through the village to see fruit orchards. Later, you'll cruise to Cai Be for a boat trip down the Mekong River, visit a craft village, enjoy fresh fruits and live music at fruit orchards, and pick between kayaking or mountain biking before sailing to Sa Dec for dinner and the night.

Sa Dec and Chau Doc
After breakfast on board, you'll take a local boat for a panoramic tour of Sa Dec, a town of 30,000 people that has kept much of its original character. You'll explore the riverside market and visit the former home of Huynh Thuy Le, the character from Marguerite Duras's novel 'The Lover', to connect with the local culture. Then the ship sails toward Chau Doc with lunch and dinner both served on board during the journey.

Chau Doc and Phnom Penh
You'll explore Chau Doc, a fishing and fish farming town right on the Cambodia-Vietnam border. The morning takes you by local boat through Tra Su Forest to see its different plants and wildlife. Back on the ship for lunch, you'll then board a cable car up Sam Mountain, which offers wide views across the landscape. At the top, you'll visit the Ba Chua Xu Temple before heading to the Vinh Xuong border for customs into Cambodia. The ship sails toward Phnom Penh, arriving by evening for dinner and anchoring overnight.

Phnom Penh
After breakfast on board, you'll tour the Royal Palace and its Silver Pagoda, followed by the National Museum. In the afternoon, you'll explore by tuk-tuk to get an authentic sense of the city, visit the Central Market (Phsar Thmei), which has been beautifully restored, and walk through smaller alleyways to see how locals live and interact. You'll also visit Wat Phnom, which was founded back in 1373, then stroll through the French Quarter to see Belle Époque and Art Deco colonial architecture. Back on the ship, there's an Apsara dance show with dinner, and you'll have a free evening before overnight.

Kampong Tralach and Oudong
The ship heads to Kampong Tralach, where you'll visit the Vihara at Wat Kampong Tralach Leu Pagoda by crossing through the village on a small road lined with rice fields. This vihara dates to the early 20th century and has beautiful wall paintings inside. You'll bike back through the countryside to return to the boat. Lunch happens on board, then you'll sail to Oudong, which served as Cambodia's royal residence and capital for over 250 years. There, you'll see the Vipassana Dhura Pagoda with its stupas from Khmer kings, then climb Oudong Hill for views of the countryside, rice fields, and Tonle Sap. The ship continues to Kampong Chhnang for dinner and the night.

Kampong Chhnang and Koh Chen
You'll start with breakfast on board, then visit Kampong Chhnang, one of the largest fishing ports on Tonle Sap Lake with many fish farms. The region is known for its traditional pottery, and the name 'Chhnang' actually means 'pot'. You'll have a chance to taste regional products before returning to the ship. You can choose an optional bike ride along the riverside and to the pottery village, or just relax on board during lunch as the ship cruises to Koh Chen. The evening brings a farewell dinner, and you'll spend the night on the ship.

You'll disembark for a 5 to 6 hour bus ride to Siem Reap, passing through traditional villages along the way. Once there, you'll visit Angkor Wat, the most famous and imposing monument in Angkor and a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Later, you'll walk through the Angkor Night Market before heading to your hotel for dinner and the night.

Siem Reap
You'll take a boat trip on Tonle Lake to see floating villages and experience how local people live on the water. Lunch is served during the tour. Afterward, you'll visit Senteurs d'Angkor, a local business with silk, carvings, traditional beauty products, and spices all made locally. The day ends with Phare, the Cambodian circus, and you'll spend the night at your hotel.

Siem Reap
You'll tour Ta Prohm, a temple built for the family of Jayavarman VII, then move on to explore Angkor Thom. There, you'll walk among the mysterious faces of Bayon Temple and see the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch gets served at your hotel. The tour wraps up around 2 p.m., so avoid booking any flights before 5 p.m.
