No advertising for DER. BUT TOURRADAR/DER know that for sure, SHAME for both organizers. Had booked an extension at Crown Plaza Oecd Muscat, 28.12. and PAID. Nobody knew about it, even Zahara tours did not find any payment. Saw all the sights / activities that were included and a little more. There were no problems with the itinerary (incl finding guides etc). The first guide was a little more engaged than the second. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We were able to communicate well with both of them in German. The customer service before the trip always responded quickly to all questions and provided the remaining documents approx. 2.5 weeks before departure. Overall, it was a very good mix of getting to know the culture in areas where there are hardly any tourists and seeing well-known sights!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with DERTOUR. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
