Luxor
You'll arrive in Luxor and check in to your 5-star deluxe Nile cruise boat. The afternoon opens up for visiting the Temple of Karnak and Luxor Temple on the East Bank, both holding incredible amounts of history. Meals happen throughout the day right on board, so you're taken care of for dining.

Luxor West Bank to Edfu
After breakfast, head to the West Bank and start with the Valley of the Kings, then move on to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. On the way back, you'll pass by the Colossi of Memnon. Later, the boat sails to Edfu with lunch and afternoon tea served on board. By evening, a gourmet dinner is waiting for you.

Edfu to Kom Ombo
Following breakfast on board, you'll visit the Temple of Edfu. The boat then cruises to Kom Ombo where you can walk through the temple dedicated to the crocodile-god Sobek. Back on the boat, afternoon tea is served. This evening brings an Egyptian Night costume party where you'll wear traditional galabeyyas and eat a buffet of Egyptian specialties for dinner.

Abu Simbel
Today focuses on Abu Simbel and its two commanding temples built for Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. The facade features four 70-foot-tall statues of the pharaoh that are hard to miss. What makes this site remarkable is that the entire complex was taken apart and moved to higher ground to keep it safe from flooding caused by the Aswan High Dam.

Philae Temple and Granite Quarries
You'll start with a breakfast buffet on board, then have the morning free to do what you like. After lunch on board, a short motorboat ride takes you to Philae Temple on the Island of Agilika. From there, you can explore the Granite Quarries that supplied stone to ancient Egyptians for their pyramids and temples, where a massive unfinished obelisk still sits.
