Are all the hotels we stay in have private bathrooms?

This fantastic journey includes 7 nights of accommodation in various country hotels, each with breakfast and a private bathroom. Additionally, you'll enjoy 2 nights of accommodation in a hotel in Reykjavik, also with breakfast and a private bathroom.

I was wondering as on 25/12 and 26/12 is Christmas and you can't go for whale watching or glacier hike or to the cave, do you change the program? I want to decide the dates of my travel without losing something of the program.

We would like to inform you that the 10-Day Complete Iceland Winter group tour schedule will continue as planned during the holiday period, including December 25th and 26th. All activities, such as whale watching and ice cave tours, are expected to operate as usual. Please note that minor adjustments in the itinerary may occur due to logistics or weather conditions, but the overall plan and all tour highlights are guaranteed.

Regarding the Luggage storage add-on, if the travelers arrive before the check-in, does the accommodation allow early storage for their luggage? If their departure is after the check-out on the last day, does the accommodation allow them to store their luggage while waiting for the transfer to the airport? What is the extra luggage allowance if they purchase that add-on?

The hotel will be able to store the client's luggage if they arrive earlier than the check-in time. Also, they can store the luggage after check-out if their flight is later in the day. The optional luggage storage refers to one suitcase/bag. Also please note that the luggage storage refers to the fact that if the clients have extra luggage above the limit (Luggage allowance: 1 luggage of 24 inches/person + 1 carry-on/person) they can choose this option and have the luggage be stored in Reykjavik and picked up after the 8-day tour around Iceland.

These additional nights are typically arranged in Reykjavik, and the extra days can either be spent at leisure or planned with our recommendations for activities in and around the city.

  For our tours, only breakfast at the hotel is included. There will of course be scheduled lunch stops and recommendations from your guide for dinner options during the 8-day minibus tour, and we can also recommend spots for your nights of accommodation in Reykjavik upon arrival and before departure; however, all lunches and dinners are to be paid on site by you and cannot be included in the tour package. Regarding excursions, we would be happy to add optional activities you are interested in to the quotation once we have your travel dates, so we can include them accurately in the cost breakdown.

  Your services are impeccable but I don't like this 10 days tour. It doesn't provide all the meals and I took a look at the 11 days but the itinerary is not as good as the 10 days tour. I just look around for the suitable tour.

It is generally difficult to make every meal mandatory for all participants, as travelers often have different schedules, dietary requirements, and personal preferences. However, these tours include designated lunch stops and dinner recommendations at the hotels or nearby restaurants each evening. This allows travelers the flexibility to choose meals according to their dietary needs and budget, rather than being required to follow a fixed menu.
