To get the best price we'd be looking at summers in october just on the edge of the prime season. I'm checking around for pricing and Tours that are suitable for a group of seniors.

Is there transportation back to Lisbon from Cascais at the end of the 10 day Portugal tour?

We were a large group (38) but things went smoothly. Pick -up, drive through rush-hour traffic, and transfer on to plane went well. The hotel the first night was great, wonderful towels, bathroom, beds - all welcome after flying all night. The other 3 hotels were good for large groups but not as nice as far as bathrooms/towels, but they did have pools with outside bars and several choices for dinner ie pizza, buffet. Best night was a night of Fado music and dinner. It was a great way to start the trip. All day tours of Lisbon, winery, distillery, medieval town, cork factory, tile shop, were fun, full of history. Trip home started a bit confused at the airport in Lisbon but otherwise went well.Show more
