Tour guides Francis and Mark were great. Very knowledgeable about the areas visited. Adequate time was provided at each destination. Bed and breakfasts were disappointing at best. First had a timed shower, lasted long enough to soap up but not to rinse, next had zero hot water, third had water that varied from scalding enough to burn to artic cold. There appear to be many b&bs in the area and it is strange that What was picked was so lacking. I would suggest the company make an effort to stay at these places anonymously to evaluate them. Vans used for transport were ergonomically okay for men but I am 5’5” and the seat height was so very high that it cut into both hamstrings. The majority of tourists were women and it is hard to believe ergonomics was not taken into , even something simple like a foot rest would have made all the difference in comfortShow more

  Unfortunately we didn't know that we need ETA visa. When we knew that, we immediately proceed to submit the application. It is our mistake we didn't know that. UK takes three days to make the decision. We would need two places. It's We not make sanse to me to travel without my husband. We were wondering if it would be possible to take the tour on June 3rd.

  If the passengers need to catch up with the tour later today or tomorrow, they should make their way to the ferry terminal in Portsmouth and get a ferry to the Isle of Wight, then to their accommodation in Shanklin. For public transport options between London and Portsmouth, I would recommend checking out the Rome2Rio website. Unfortunately, we will not be able to transfer the booking to the 3rd of June. It would be considered a new booking and would require full payment.

  Once they know when they will be arriving in London, they can contact us directly and we can then give them advice about how they can meet up with the tour (likely going directly to that evening's accommodation). But we cannot make any transportation arrangements for them, I'm afraid. We can just give advice about what trains, ferries, etc. Their seats on the tour and their accommodations are already booked, so they don't need to worry about that.
