We would absolutely use this company again for future Europe trips. There was a bit of confusion at the Venice station due to a delayed transfer and for a moment we thought we might miss our train, but everything worked out in the end and the support team stayed in constant contact with us throughout. As a thoughtful gesture, snacks and drinks were arranged for us in Venice afterwards, which we genuinely appreciated. The rest of the tour went very smoothly and turned out to be a fantastic experience overall.Show more
