Let me address each issue: Foynes Flying Boat Museum Closure: Unfortunately, the museum’s closure on Sundays was beyond our control. Despite our efforts to arrange an alternative tour, we were unable to find a suitable replacement. Rest assured, you will be refunded for this inconvenience. Irish Whiskey Museum Mix-Up: I apologize for any confusion regarding the timing of the experience. While we provided clear instructions, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. I’m glad that no extra charges were incurred due to the premium tour booking. Museum and Shandon Sweets Visit: We were assured by our suppliers that everything was confirmed. However, we did not receive notifications about their closures. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will also refund you for these disruptions. Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with BTOURS. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 25 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and BTOURS will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
