Despite our efforts to arrange an alternative tour, we were unable to find a suitable replacement. Rest assured, you will be refunded for this inconvenience. Irish Whiskey Museum Mix-Up: I apologize for any confusion regarding the timing of the experience. While we provided clear instructions, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. I’m glad that no extra charges were incurred due to the premium tour booking. Museum and Shandon Sweets Visit: We were assured by our suppliers that everything was confirmed. However, we did not receive notifications about their closures. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will also refund you for these disruptions. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 25 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
