  On day 11 you may miss the 'Göreme Open Air Museum Guided Tour' however most of the time travellers are able to fit in a sunrise balloon ride and still meet back with the group for the Göreme Open Air Museum tour. If you would like to do this we recommend reaching out to your CEO (tour leader) at the Welcome Meeting on day one so they can help make a booking that will work with the planned activities so nothing is missed!

  What does an outage mean in relationship to cancellation of a potential holiday? In your terms and conditions are you covered by ABTA? Do you have a cancellation policy? Are there no flights on all your holidays?

  The outage meant that we were unable to access bookings and create new bookings. No bookings have been cancelled that were already created and yes, our tours are ABTA protected. Our tours do not include flights and these would need to be booked independently.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
