Itinerary
- Day 1
Tirana to Gjirokastra
You'll leave Tirana at 8:00 AM and drive about 230 km south through Albania's farmland toward Gjirokastra. The route takes you past the Vjosa River and through Llogara, where you get coastal views before heading inland. Around midday, you'll stop for lunch in either Saranda or Ksamil. After eating, you'll head to the Blue Eye near Finiq to see the natural spring with its bright blue water. From there, it's on to Gjirokastra for the evening.

- Day 2
Gjirokastra to Berat to Tirana/Durrës
Start at Cerciz Topulli square and wander through Gjirokastra's old town and bazaar to reach Gjirokastra Fortress, which sits high on the hill above the city. The fortress-style houses are UNESCO-listed and worth seeing up close. After spending time here, you'll head out early the next morning for Berat, known as the 'City of Many Windows'. In Berat, you'll check out the 14th-century churches, walk through the Kalaja castle district, and cross to the Gorica merchant quarter on the far bank of the Osumi River. Once you're done exploring, you'll return to either Tirana or Durrës to wrap up the tour.
