Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Amman
You'll arrive at Queen Alia International Airport and meet your representative who handles check-in procedures. From there, a private vehicle takes you to your downtown Amman hotel where you'll settle in for the evening.

- Day 2
Desert Castles & Amman City Tour
This morning heads out to the Desert Castles starting with Qasr al-Azraq, which has historical ties to Lawrence of Arabia. Next you'll see Qasr Amra and its Umayyad frescoes, followed by Qasr al-Kharanah. Later in the day, back in downtown Amman, you'll walk through the Citadel to see the Umayyad Palace and Hercules Temple ruins, then wander the Jabal Amman neighborhood and local souks. By evening you're at JR The Wine Experience on Abdali Boulevard for a tasting session.

- Day 3
Umm Qais, Ajloun & Jerash
After about 2.5 hours of driving, you'll reach Umm Qais (the ancient city of Gadara) and walk along colonnaded streets with vaulted terraces and Roman ruins. Lunch happens at the Umm Qais Rest House where you get views toward the Golan Heights. The afternoon takes you to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress worth exploring, and then you finish at Jerash, a well-preserved Roman city that gives a real sense of what these ancient sites looked like.

Wadi Mujib, Madaba, Mt. Nebo & Dead Sea
Early on you'll hike the Wadi Mujib Siq Trail, which involves cantilevered walkways, following the river between tall cliffs, and reaching a waterfall with possible swimming depending on rainfall levels. After that, you head to Madaba to check out Greek Orthodox ruins and churches, including the famous Mosaic of the Map inside St. George Church. Then it's up to Mt. Nebo for views of the Holy Land, and you can browse local handicraft shops before heading to your Dead Sea hotel for the evening.

Kerak Castle & Petra
Today follows the Kings Highway to Kerak Castle, where Crusader and Arab architecture blend together throughout the structure. You'll explore the castle and visit the Kerak Archaeological Museum. After that, you continue to Petra with free time to wander around. In the evening, there's an option for 'Petra by Night' if you're interested.

- Day 6
Petra
You'll spend the full day at Petra with a guided tour covering major sites like the Treasury first. Then you have time to explore on your own, discovering the rock facades carved into the cliff faces. For those interested, hiking up to the Ad Deir Monastery provides views from higher up in the site.

- Day 7
Beidha & Wadi Rum
Before heading to Wadi Rum, you'll stop at Beidha, a Neolithic village that shows what life was like 10,000 years ago. Then the landscape shifts dramatically as you enter Wadi Rum (the Valley of the Moon) on a jeep ride through the desert. You reach your camp in the evening, where you'll spend the night under the stars.

- Day 8
Wadi Rum to Aqaba & Snorkeling
If the weather cooperates, you can catch the sunrise over the desert before breakfast. After eating, you transfer to Aqaba on the Red Sea coast. During the afternoon and evening, you head out snorkeling to see vibrant marine life and coral formations.

Aqaba to Amman
