    For your two nights in Sibiu, we can upgrade you to a 4-star hotel.
    
    For Brasov, I would actually recommend a different option, as I believe it offers a better experience for your trip. Rather than staying at a 4-star hotel outside the historic centre, we can keep you right in Brasov's Old Town and upgrade your accommodation from a double room to a spacious suite.
    
    Most of the charming properties in Brasov's historic centre are officially rated 3 stars. This is largely due to the fact that they are located in protected historic buildings, where there are restrictions regarding structural changes, façades, lifts and parking. The accommodation itself, however, can offer a very high level of comfort and quality, and the location is a major advantage.
    
    So, instead of choosing a 4-star hotel further away from the centre, you would have a larger suite in the heart of the Old Town, with the main square, restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.
    
    The total additional cost for the upgrades in both Sibiu and Brasov would be €150 for the entire booking, not per person.

    The itinerary is designed to be comfortable and enjoyable, with moderate daily driving times — typically between 2.5 to 3.5 hours per day, broken up with scenic stops, historical sites, and free time to explore. The total driving distance across the 4 days is approximately 750–800 kilometers, depending on final pickup/drop-off arrangements. This tour is absolutely suitable for teens — it's a great mix of cultural exploration, medieval castles, nature, and engaging stories from Romania's past. There are also opportunities to stay active with short walks through citadels, forest paths, castle grounds, and old town areas. It's not physically demanding, but it's far from a passive bus ride!

    Our standard pickup time is around 08:00 AM. However, if that feels a bit early, we're happy to arrange pickup at 09:00 AM instead. Most of our guests choose: Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town, Moxy Bucharest Old Town. For the return on Thursday, we usually arrive back in Bucharest around 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on traffic. Popular options near the airport include: Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Airport (just a 5-minute walk to the terminal), Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Otopeni (offers free airport shuttle).
